Definitely my favorite place to stay in Victoria! All tje special touches they do is really appreciated! Fresh baked cookies and a hand written note on the bed! Breakfast is 5 Star!!

This was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Elegant but comfortable room, bed, linens, towels, jetted tub (with self cleaning after every use), staff superb, free great breakfast, quiet. Great location for easy walking. Spacious, well appointed, fridge, fireplace, darkening shades. It has it all except ro service, no restaurant on site.

We chose this hotel from reviews. I wish we had known before that the lovely hotel didn't have elevators. When we got our check in notice it was mentioned. We are seniors with hip problems and we might have looked elsewhere.
The staff carried our bags, called taxis, stored our luggage and in every way were exceptional! Breakfast was included and it was outstanding.

This is such a quaint location to spend a few days in Victoria. The rooms are well kept in their Victorian theme and probably one of the comfiest beds I've slept in. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They offer a delicious complimentary breakfast, coffee, tea and mid aftenoon snack. Quick walking distance to downtown. Would highly recommend.

So quaint and charming. Fits the Victoria vibe perfectly.
Room was beautiful, breakfast was great.
Our only complaint was we were only there for one night . Perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway.

Abigail's was a delightful place to stay for 4 nights. Thoughtful consideration has been given to guest rooms and facilities, breakfast menu and the small added extras that made this an excellent hotel.

What a special treat for a night in Victoria! A best of both worlds experience, with everything appealing in a B&B and a hotel. Romantic and special with so many thoughtful touches.

初めての時はバスを降りて戸惑いました。
インナーハーバーからは近いのですが、坂を登るので、大きな荷物の時は大変ですね。今回は小さな荷物で伺ったので、良かったです。
ホテルは清潔かつ優雅に出来うる限り利便性にも配慮が伺えましたが、ケトルをお願いしたのに足りな買ったとの事、その点は残念でした。

Lovely place conveniently located & walking distance to shops & restaurants. Small bathroom with the only sink outside the bathroom which is weird! But shower had great water pressure.
