They do not honor bookings from **********. I was stranded that night because I tried to checkin close to public transportation curfew, thinking I secured a place to lodge, only to get there and be sent packing. The manager and desk attendee said they never heard of ********** and refused to be accommodating. They also told me there were no more rooms even though online showed availability which led me to prepay in the first place. I tried to work with the attendant to contact ********** and he lied and said the hotel doesn’t have a number. Worst experience ever. 0/10.
