Location was excellent. The apartment was clean and served it’s purpose. It didn’t feel like a hotel at all as we were in a different building to the hotel/pension. We were given a key to enter through a dingy dark entrance to get to our apartment. On the plus side there is an amazing cake shop next door and lots of restaurants within walking distance, so 10/10 for location.

The property is located in the middle of Vienna about 2 or 3 minutes walk to Karlplatz ring road and the trams. And about 2 minutes walk to Kartner street which is the shopping mall which runs through to St Stephens Cathedral. Needless to say it’s beautiful. The property is quiet after midnight ( this is when it is needed) until 10am in the morning. Phew. After which the buzz of diners and cars down the street is heard. The city is alive. Everything is walkable from Suzanne, museums, operas, art galleries. It’s worth taking tge subway to Copa Beach, for a quiet morning ice latte and sitting near the river. The red line on the subway. Buying a 3 day pass is relatively cheap way to travel. We did the two day pass and it worked a charm. Don’t forget to validate it as soon as you want to travel, because it starts to countdown after you validate it. And it works on trams & the subway. We had a very enjoyable 3 nights at Suzanne. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. No fridge for you water or breakfast food. Our room had a portable air conditioner. Nice. Need it on hot days.

Location is great! Very clean, spacious and the staff at the desk were all friendly, helpful answering our questions and addressing things we need (in relation to our stay). The stay is very comfortable for me but for the young ones- like my 17 and 21 y/o kids…maybe a little update to cater to them. Overall, I will go back to stay again at Pension Suzanne in the future.

The location and the extremely helpful staff make this property. It's close to the opera house and the City Bike rental stand there, and walking distance to everything in the Inner City. Our bedroom was comfortable and quaint. Everything was clean. Some reviews mentioned the small shower; I'm a larger guy and ours was more than adequate. The only downside was there was no air conditioning (that I could find) in the room even though it was listed. I can imagine it getting warm in the latter summer. For the price, we couldn't beat the location and staff.

Location, location, location. This hotel is a convenient walk to several major sites in the city. The Hop On bus is right out the door and the taxi stand is right around the corner. Numerous restaurants, a small grocery store and general shopping is just a short walk. The guest rooms are small but clean. The breakfast options are not as numerous as other hotels but adequate. Overall, I recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The location of this property is amazing! Very reasonable rates. Property is older, but well maintained. The furniture is charming, the bed was pretty comfortable. There is no a/c, so room could become very warm in summer! We didn’t have a car while staying here, just used metro and Uber. Not fancy, but cute place!

Pension Suzanne provides lovely accommodation just one block from the famed Opera House in Vienna. It was the perfect location to begin our trip to Austria. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I would love to stay here again.
