Κατα τη διαρκεια του ταξιδιου μας στην Αυστρια, μειναμε 1 βραδυ πριν φυγουμε για Σαλζμπουργκ και τις Αυστριακες λίμνες και γυρισαμε μετα απο 3 ημερες και μειναμε επιπλεον 2 βραδυα. Μας εδωσαν το ιδιο δωματιο οπως ζητησαμε. Tο ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μια πολυ ωραία ήσυχη περιοχή αλλα στα 200 μ βρίσκεται ο εμπορικός δρόμος με πολλα καταστήματα και το metro .Σε 2 στάσεις βρίσκεσαι στο κέντρο και σε 4 στάσεις βρίσκεσαι στη Stefansplatz. Το δωμάτιο ήταν τρίκλινο πολυ μεγάλο με έναν διπλό καναπέ που γίνεται κρεββάτι . Το πρωινό ήταν πολυ ωραίο και γενικά θεωρώ οτι στο ξενοδοχείο δίνουν μεγάλη σημασία στη λεπτομέρεια . Το πάρκινγκ θεωρώ οτι ήταν ακριβό 22 ευρώ αλλα ειναι πλεονέκτημα να βρίσκεται στο υπόγειο του ξενοδοχείου .Το συνιστώ σε όλους και αν έρθω πάλι στη Βιέννη θα το επιλέξω για τη διαμονή μου . Μια μικρή επισήμανση που αφορά τη ντουζιέρα .Επειδή η πόρτα προστασίας ειναι στενή θεωρώ οτι θα ειχε πρόβλημα ένας εύσωμος άνθρωπος . Ζητήστε δωμάτιο με μπανιέρα αν υπάρχει

Location Location Location The staff is a little stand offish but this place is very close to Mariahilstrasse (spelling?) where you can catch the awesome public transportation system to go anywhere you like at cheap fares. Shopping and restaurants galore. Except for soap, this hotel does not provide any bath amenities so bring your own. Breakfast never changes--the same everyday and moderately priced.

Qui all'Anatol non è che mi sono sentito in un 4 stelle. Di solito in un 4stelle alle camere vengono sostituiti gli asciugamani e svuotati i cestini. Qui non è d'uso. Dopo questa premessa , tutto sommato una discreta struttura , molto vicina alla Mariahilferstraße e Metro U3. Le camere abbastanza confortevoli , pulite anche se poco spaziose, mentre il bagno ancora più piccolo e per entrare in doccia devi "salire" un gradino di quasi 30cm. La colazione è variegata e soddisfacente anche se il personale ti sta troppo addosso per toglierti piatti o tazze. Lo consiglierei ? Prima cercherei altro.

We ordered a room with a queen bed and got a room with two adjoining beds which is not comfortable when the beds also sink, I turned to the receptionist and said he would check my reservation, he did check and told me you are right, you will be replaced with either a maple or a bed today, during the day I contacted the reception several times and was constantly told I want it to be taken care of. Until the day of our departure, it was not taken care of. And so we stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in a bed not as we ordered. If we had known in advance that this would be the case, we would not have rented a room in this hotel. In addition to that, on our fifth day we arrived at the dining room at 8:45 a.m. Everything was almost Empty, vegetables, cheeses, breads, there was only one employee, when I asked her why there were no vegetables and omelets, she told me there was no one to prepare them. Really a big disappointment from the hotel.

Buena cama , buen desayuno , lo que encontré excesivo el suplemento que querian cobrar a algunos compañeros por realizar la salida más tarde , el mismo día de la carrera de maratón,puesto que era un hotel anunciado por la organización del Maratón Y por ese motivo realizamos la reserva un grupo numeroso.

We stayed 3 couples for 4 days. We could not get wifi connection. When i asked to talk to the manager they said he is not available. Even when they changed my room there was no wifi. They were aware of that problem but didn't gave any solution. Also when we asked for extra key for the room, they said Their system is not working and they can not give extra key!!! . Also invoice for payment they could give whithin the 4 days we stayed!!!

siamo stati in gruppo in questo hotel diversi anni fa e vedendo le foto attuali dal sito ufficiale vedo che è sempre una bella struttura, ben curata... ricordo un buon livello di pulizia generale...anche della moquette a terra (anche se non sono un amante della moquette). consiglio assolutamente la struttura, in ottima e tranquilla posizione a Vienna
