維也納Weihestätte (ehemaliger Hinrichtungsraum)附近酒店

We are pleased to say that our experience here was much better than some of the previous reviewers. We were upgraded gratuitously to a superior room (518) on the top floor with a great view of the VotivKirche and parks. The room was fine and represented very good value for money. We did not dine or breakfast here, the charge for breakfast seemed a little steep. The hotel is located in a very pleasant area and the museums and Stephansplatz are an easy 15 minute stroll from the hotel. You will pay a lot more for hotels in those areas. The coffee situation seems to be an ongoing theme on Tripadvisor. On the second morning our pods were not replaced so I had to ring down to reception. They arrived immediately. The next morning I left a note in German on the coffee tray to remind housekeeping to replace the pods. They did not do this and I had to ring down again. We were not charged for these and no mention of a charge was made, but it seemed a bit odd.

On arrival, you new need to get a parking place. We arrived at 1:30pm so there was still space in the hotel’s underground car park. €44 for 2days but very worth it. We then bought a 2 day public transport pass €14 and that’s all we needed. Hotel in a quiet location but ideal to get to the tram stops. Hotel reception very helpful, speaking good English. Room on 2nd floor, 209, clean, neat and just as needed. Bathroom had a bath with shower over. Sides were steep. Plenty of towels provided. Minibar available but we did not use. Shower wash provided, plus some tubes of toiletries, shower cap, nail files, etc. Folder with relevant information. Room clean daily during our stay. TV, coffee and flavoured teas, not breakfast tea, available but no milk. Hairdryer and shaving mirror. Stairs and lifts available. Breakfast had a great view up on top floor but we did not eat there. Would recommend. A very business like hotel that does what it says. The room was very hot and stuffy. We were able to borrow a fan from reception and carry it up yourselves. We were not told that the air conditioning was broken. We only overheard this as we were checking out. It was being mended then but that had taken 2 days!

Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen. Ich hatte in der Früh um 07:30 beim Verlassen des Hotels gebeten, dass die Dusche gerichtet wird, da die Regenwalddusche kalte Tropfen während der Benutzung der Handbrause abgab. Bei meiner Rückkehr um 15:15 war weder dies behoben, noch mein Zimmer gesäubert. Nach einem langen Hin und Her (1/2 Stunde) konnte ich ein neues Zimmer beziehen, weil ich nicht warten wollte, dass es erst gegen 19/20 Uhr gerichtet wird. Komisch ist nur, dass es zunächst hieß, es stünde kein freies Zimmer zur Verfügung, weil sie ausgebucht sind. Nachdem ich aber darauf verwies, dass ich mich gerne vor dem Abendessen frisch machen würde und nicht ewig auf den Techniker warten wollte, war plötzlich ein Zimmer frei, und dieses sogar gleich neben meinem ursprünglichen. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit ist mäßig, es ist auch alles sehr abgewohnt (zb aufgezogene Türe im Bad, etc). Das Reinigungspersonal ist unfreundlich, schlägt einem fast die Türe vor der Nase zu, sagt Hallo, redet untereinander lautstark in seiner Sprache miteinander. Das Personal des Frühstücksservices war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück an sich war gut und mehr als reichlich.

維也納最好的位置!此酒店非常適合您訪問維也納特別是老城區。往返機場,這家酒店與火車站隔街相望。早餐很棒,種類比人們想象的要多。房間不是很大,但非常充足牀很舒服。前台有時辦理入住很慢。

環境很有歐洲風，稍微有點暗，不過不影響什麼，設施有點舊，熱水要開到頭才正好～整體不錯，可以一住

Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying

我們8月份在這兒住了3晚,我們對K+K酒店的服務,房間和位置都非常滿意。酒店很乾凈,酒吧/餐廳很舒適。早餐無懈可擊——有美味的紅酒,新鮮的水果,香腸,雞蛋,麥片,魚,奶酪,麵包,肉卷等——請自便。早餐吃晚一點就可以把午餐錢都省了。 酒店沒有位於市中心——雖然我老公坐輪椅,但我們坐公交去周圍遊玩完全沒有問題,我們還可以步行去劇院,皇宮和議會大廈。 要問有沒有推薦的晚餐地點,當然不能忘了酒店前方(拐角處),公園對麪新開的一家餐館,雖然那兒的菜品很少,但是食物美味,食物和紅酒的價格合理。餐館老闆盡心儘力確保顧客能吃得舒心——價格很合理。 要是想體驗更貴且與眾不同的東西,推薦大家去Fabio's——走10分鐘就到——那兒食物很棒,還有一個特色就是熱鬧非凡,可以看人。 除了通常那些推薦外,我還要推薦大家找導遊帶你去游議會——我們的導遊熱情好客,他把我們偶然的躲雨行動變成了一次非常有趣的遊歷,帶我們了解了奧地利上世紀的政府狀況。

I was in Vienna for a conference from June 1st to 5th and stayed at stayed at Hotel Josehof. The location is excellent, room was comfortable and breakfast buffet was very generous. I would certainly return again. Staff were always helpful and friendly. In the breakfast room I noticed a member of staff that was extremely helpful and kind to a mother with a very young baby. And at reception Anna was extremely good humoured and super helpful.
