維恩海姆曼海姆貝斯特韋斯特酒店(Best Western Hotel Viernheim Mannheim)

Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht im Best Western Hotel in Viernheim, sind jedoch total begeistert. Wir haben den Tag der Anreise im nahegelegenen Miramar Erlebnisbad verbracht und sind daher sehr spät angereist. Jedoch konnten wir dennoch Recht spät (gegen 22.30 Uhr einchecken). Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ordentlich und das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und man hört fast nichts aus den umliegenden Zimmern. Auch das Frühstück war gut koordiniert, frisch und lecker. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist super, da es sich in der Nähe der Autobahn befindet und man von dort schnell überall hingelangt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

The staff making breakfast were great...first 2 days veryquiet ..not many people..our last day on Sunday it was packed but your staff did an amazing job keeping everyone happy...we had a nice breakfast cake slices on the first day but nothing after that...but no worries probably better for ne.

People were extremely helpful and attentive. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing we would suggest is to have bags for dirty laundry.

Firstly, this hotel is advertised as a Best Western hotel but it should be listed as a business hotel (the Pear Hotel). Because of it being a business hotel, the rooms were extremely small and not conducive for family stays. As for amenities, the rooms have no fridges or microwaves. Again making it difficult to stay here as a tourist or traveller. Also the first night we stayed the water heater was not working so the water was ice cold. The staff were friendly however and offered free breakfast due to this inconvenience. All in all, the staff were nice but the hotel is not suitable for anything other than a 1-2 night stay.

Rooms are pretty basic but enough for a short overnight stay. Breakfast was pretty nice with a lot of choice. What surprised and kinda annoyed us was the fee for parking at the hotel itself. 5 euros per night. There was plenty of parking space so why would you charge your own guests for parking?! Their answer was that we could park for free in the unlit industrial area a bit off to the side of the hotel. You have got to be kidding right. It’s a HIGHWAY hotel.

A typical Best Western, very clean and close to the Autobahn but still absolutely quiet. Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again!
