馬利茲伯格城堡高爾夫酒店(Mauritzbergs Slott & Golf)

A great experience to stay at this small manor hotel where the old saloons welcome you with an atmosphere of nobility and glorious past. Stayed in ’Mamsellen’ standard room in the North wing, with a fantastic view to the bay. The old room obviously needed an upgrade, in particular the windows, but had a welcoming touch and plenty of light. Nice breakfast buffet served in the adjacent Silversalonen. The green surroundings and welcoming atmosphere (personalised by the friendly reception lady) fulfilled a relaxing experience.

We stayed at the castle for the second time in six years and still believe this is one of the most beautiful places we visit. This time we lived in Kvarnen down by the water, a wonderful suite with lovely views, comfortable bed, spacious and elegant bathroom. We had a golf package with a three-course dinner included. The food probably has a bit to go on before it reaches top quality, but this is weighed up with good service and good wine knowledge by the waiter. Breakfast has great potential for improvement, here the bread is dry, there is little topping and the juice is watered out. A big thank you to the staff with Arja and Stefan at the forefront, who should have a large part of the credit for our stay also this time being fantastic!

A beautiful and exclusive spot, the castle is well kept, the Dinner was delicious, with the breakfast we had a good start into our day. If we travel around sweden next time, we want to experience that special feeling again.

Wir waren 3 Nächte im "Roten Zimmer" und mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Wunderbare Lage gerade am Wasser, sehr schöne, gepflegte Räumlichkeiten. Sehr ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen, gute Küche, das Frühstück allerdings nicht umwerfend, der Golfplatz interessant, aber z.T. recht unkonventionell, Fairways ok.
