雅克林旅館(Hostal Yakelyn)

Extremely comfortable and clean. Delicious breakfast. Our host was lovely and helpful. The guesthouse was immaculate. We only stayed one night as we were just passing through Santa Clara, but we would stay again. It was a five minute walk to the central square.

Hostal Yakelyn is like having your family home replicated and translated to Santa Clara. I cannot say enough of how great the little hostal run by Yakelyn and all her workers is. Situated just 100 meters away from the centre of Santa Clara, Hostal Yakelyn offers bright and airy rooms, very comfy beds and all in a spotlessly clean house. Rooms are ensuite and the bathrooms are really clean. The house itself is really a wonder, with bright high ceilings and very nice decorations. The little garden/terrace at the back of the house is perfect to have breakfast. But what sets Yakelin apart from any other accomodation I have visited in this trip is the personal, friendly and warm hosting of Yakelyn and her family. We really felt as if we were visiting long-term friends by the end of our stay. They went the extra-extra mile to accommodate any problems, and nothing seemed to be too much of a problem for them. It was great to have a chat with them around the table and getting to know about their families and their life. We also want to comment on the food offered there. The breakfast is delicious, with a wonderful Mango Juice no one should miss. The dinners are really great, with vegetables, nice “potajes” and a variety of meat or fish. We were in the Hostal for 3 nights and it was really a very good time in which we felt very well attended and we left with an immense gratitude to Yakelin and all her family there. We surely will recommend anyone to use this hostal if they are in Santa Clara!

Mis padres y yo hemos estado durante 3 días en el hostal en julio 2022. Le estancia ha sido tranquila, la familia que lleva el hostal es acogedora pero muy reservada . La habitación es limpia y muy grande. Hostal colocado al lado del centro histórico. El desayuno está muy rico. Hemos cenado dos noches en el hostal y nos ha sobrado la comida. Pescado y langosta increíbles. Io e i miei genitori siamo stati a luglio 2022 in questo hostal per 3 giorni. Il soggiorno è stato tranquillo e piacevole. La famiglia che gestisce l'hostal è accogliente però molto riservata. La stanza è, pulita e molto spaziosa, vicinissima al centro storico. La colazione è molto buona. Abbiamo cenato due notti nell'hostal e abbiamo dovuto avanzare del cibo a causa della grandezza dei piatti. Pesce e aragosta incredibili.

Es la mejor experiencia que he en un hostal en Cuba, una excelente ubicación, seguridad, amabilidad, excelente servicio de limpieza, la señora es la mejor anfitrión. Una persona maravillosa. Gracias a todos lo que trabajan en esa maravillosa casa. Y si algún día regreso no dudaré en volver a ese hostal.

Los diez días y nueve noches en este Hostal no podían ser mejores. El servicio fue en todo sentido excelente, pero sobre todo la calidad humana de las personas que atienden y que están al tanto de cualquier necesidad a cualquier hora del día y la noche. Con seguridad elegiré este Hostal nuevamente cuando pase por Santa Clara nuevamente.
