The online pictures do not represent this property's actual state. The lighting at night was nonexistent; I could hardly find the numbers on the outside of the room. The door from the outside door appeared to have been broken into at one time, and the inside lock was unstable. I did not feel safe at this property. The room was filthy at every level. This property could be stunning, but it is not managed well.

This place was a disaster from the time we got here until we left. There was sand on the ramps, which made my gf fall down in the rain. The rooms are old, broken blinds, just all around run down with fresh paint over it. The TV stopped working and they sent a guy to fix it. It then just locked up and restarted every once in a while. The heat was either hotter than hell or none, no in between. Kids running above our room and screaming, unless we are maybe under the daycare/gym.... Tub doesn't drain while you showered. Just an all around terrible experience I'll never put myself through again.

No light above the building signage and no lighting to the building. No signs directing to buildings. Dangerous to navigate and to walk to the room. No hot water. No water in the shower. Not all electrical outlets were functional. Broken shade on the door. Signs of an aging facility. Beds were okay. View was amazing.

I want to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and believe the problems I experienced were an oversight. I can tolerate a small amount of dirt or a leaky faucet or a loud and rusty heater or water that switches between scalding and freezing in the shower every 30 seconds, but all of that coupled with issues that make me feel unsafe is another level. The blinds over the patio door were cut around the door handle, making a large enough space that someone could look into the room if they wanted. Also, that same door, even when locked would open a little bit. I believe it would have been very easy for someone to get in from the outside if they really wanted. I did not feel safe or comfortable sleeping there and I had to cancel my three night stay after the first night and find somewhere else to stay. I was in town for a conference and needed somewhere to stay and luckily I found better accommodations. I might have expected the low level of quality if I had paid $50 a night. But I paid an exorbitant amount of money for what I experienced. I'm grateful to have gotten a refund but I do not recommend anyone stay here. The pictures of the room I booked were false advertising at the very least. This place either needs to close, or have extensive upgrades in cleanliness, quality, and basic safety measures.

Comfortable bed, great lake view. Ice machines had been winterized but we called the office and someone delivered ice to us quickly. Great service!

Was way over charged. gave us a double bed instead of king. Bed are very uncomfortable. toilet set on crooked. Had to run 100 gallons of water down the drain just to hot water. I'm handicap, only 3 handicap parking spots. Had to park a half of block away, just to front door. Needless to say, we never go there again.

Nice stay friendly staff rooms could use updating especially the showers but clean and reasonably priced

Staff was very nice and the place was very quiet and did not seem busy for the most part. Very clean beds and bathrooms. Great view of the lake! The only thing I would say I had a problem with was the fact that I was unaware my room would be a connecting room. Otherwise, we had great stay!

This property is like walking back in the 80s. Old carpet, cleaned so much it's wrinkled in the hallways. Rooms are dark and drab, poor lighting. Very unsatisfied with the room. The service team was great, facility needs major updates.
