帝國酒店及餐廳(Imperial Hotel & Restaurant)

Good hotel well located. Breakfast with variety and good food.

Die Lage war spitze und wir durften eine Stunde später auschecken, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Im Zimmer war leider ein unangenehmer Geruch und die Klimaanlage hat permanent ein pfeifendes Geräusch gemacht. Nach dem Check-out wurden uns 4,50 € für eine Cola, die wir nicht genommen haben (wir haben nichts aus der Minibar genommen) von der Kreditkartenkaution abgezogen. Das Thema konnte gelöst werden und die 4,50 € sind erstattet, trotzdem etwas ärgerlich und die Kommunikation dazu lief nicht ganz rund. Was aber noch positiv hervorzuheben ist, war das leckere Frühstück und das freundliche Servicepersonal beim Frühstück.

Var der 3netter. Innsjekking bra. Frokost helt ok. Rommet var greit men kaldt de mente vi kunne ha på en olje radiator på natten vi sa nei da fikk vi et nytt rom som var meget bra. Bra service. Totalt bra

We stayed here on a recent trip to Vilnius. The staff in the hotel were always very polite and attentive. We were very happy with the cleaning service that was received daily, the housekeeping maids are a credit to the hotel. Our room was large and comfortable with all the ameneties that one would require for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially when offered the a la carte option on one of the days. The only negative point of the stay was that there was loud music in the courtyard one night. Thankfully this finished shortly before midnight, so we were able to sleep that night.

perfect as usual - we are client of the hotel since 2009. nice and cozy hotel with excellent stuff. breakfasts are very good. unfortunately hotel stopped supply bath rooms with the Etro gel douches and shampoos.

For some reason I really liked the breakfast here. I’m the sliced fruit, sausages and pancakes, coffee and pastries kind of guy. Of course you could say that the rooms are old but the single room mainly felt cheap rather than old. The toilet was mildly smelly but the bed was perfectly fine. The tiny TV had a sufficient selection of news channels which is quite important to me. I was a bit tired the second evening and went to the hotel restaurant, which was a mistake. The restaurant had tasty food but I disliked the service quite a bit. If I’m not served bread before dinner, I’d like to get some dessert after the dinner. To me hotel restaurants are a last resort for nutrition, not a place to get drunk on an empty stomach. And by the way, the concept of a complimentary drink doesn’t work, if you actually don’t get either water or some average white wine as a compliment. ”You can have a glass of our (even worse) house wine tomorrow before you leave” isn’t enough for me. Yes, I’m being petty, and no, you are not a five-star hotel. It’s a paradox that the staff seemed like a bunch of really nice people but the service left me quite dissatisfied. I can only draw the conclusion that the culture just isn’t for me - now I know.

Great location. Breakfast bar was delicious. The Tabas bar had good choices. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only issue I had was with internet connection would go in and out.
