布里克特瑞酒店(Hostellerie Briqueterie & Spa Champagne)

Magique, personnels souriants et aux petits soins pour le client. Très belle chambre, propre Très bien équipée. Flûte de champagne à l' arrivée, petits bonbons pffert en chambre et encore une délicate attention au départ.Le spa est très bien, propre, piscine, sauna, hammam et possibilité de faire des soins.Le restaurant, que dire, exceptionnel, raffiné, surprenant, un vrai délice. Séjour magique.

Very attentive staff with good recommendations for local producers to visit. Excellent food and service. Room was large, clean and comfortable.

Hotel onderging recent renovatiewerken, eerder OPFRISSINGSWERKEN, die nog niet volledig af zijn. Qua decoratie is het geslaagd. De kamers zijn echter niet praktisch ingericht: GEEN plaats voor je valiezen, kleine badkamer waarin de ventilatie NIET werkte, er zijn GEEN schabben voor je toiletgerief; er is wel een aparte, grote (nutteloze ruimte) WC-kamer. Het water van de wastafel liep niet vlot weg, de douchekraan lekte. We vroegen een capucino aan het ontbijt, maar we kregen een SLECHTE (kwaliteit) koffie met wat melkschuim. Aan de receptie kregen we het ontbijt terugbetaald als compensatie; doch dit maakte de ervaring niet goed! Het restaurant maakt wel lekker eten, doch met veel "gedoe"; het eten was koud eer het op de tafel kwam en het zijn ZEER KLEINE porties...zeker zijn prijs niet waard!

Leuk, gezellig hotel, juist gerenoveerd. Charmant met iets modernere toetsen, maar evengoed warm en cosy. Ontvangst met glaasje champagne. Aangename kamer met fles champagne en gebakjes inclusief. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Wij aten een kleine snack als lunch , clubsandwich met gerookte tonijn, dat was TOP, eerder duur (25€) Restaurant heb ik apart beoordeeld , Hotel over all meer dan ok!

We stayed here many years ago and decided to revisit after a very recent refurbishment. The work is not yet finished but the areas under development are well screened from the guest area. However, while the decor is contemporary the service is still stuck in the 1980s. The restaurant lacks any a**osphere and the service is stuffy. The food is okay, but not spectacular. The use of silver domes to reveal the main course is something not seen for decades. The bedroom was okay, but in common with many French hotels it was a triumph of design over practicality. It was impossible to prevent the shower from wetting the wooden door, and soaking the carpet in the hallway outside the bathroom. Storage was minimal. A dressing table with no mirror. The wine list in the restaurant is extensive, featuring many champagne labels as you would expect. However these days many folks prefer to drink less, but of higher quality. So we were very disappointed to see only about half a dozen half bottles listed, and only ONE from Burgundy (Chablis), not a single red half bottle from the region. Amazing. When questioned about this the Sommelier simple gave the classic Gallic shrug. Which just about sums everything up. Overall very disappointing and we won’t return.

Nous avons dîné au restaurant de la Briqueterie un dimanche soir. Le repas était excellent, harmonieux et pleins de saveur. Le service était souriant et professionnel mais peut être étaient-ils trop concentré sur le service des plats que sur les boissons. En effet, ils ne nous ont pas proposé de verres de vin pendant le repas, et si nous n’avons pas demandé une bouteille d’eau ils ne nous en auraient pas proposé. Très dommage pour un restaurant aussi haut de gamme. Malgré ce petit détail nous avons passé une très agréable soirée.

Nous avons été déçu par la rénovation des chambres et salles de bains mal agencés. Dans la salle de bain pas de place pour poser trousses, produits, serviettes, sèche cheveux ... Difficile de gérer la température. Déçu par la restauration pour la prestation du chef. Tout est impeccable et le personnel est au petit soin

Great location, excellent food and wine/champagne in both restaurants. Wonderful friendly Service. A very good location to come back to from a trip through the Champagne region, to relax unwind, and enjoy a glas of Champagne.

je n'y retourneras plus , j'allais en éclaireur pour une fête de famille mais c'est exclut .Si vous continuez de cette façon vous allez perdre des plumes ou votre affiliation au relais chateaux
