Nothing to complain about

We were in town for one day. I picked this hotel because I was familiar with the area. I'm glad I did. Our stay was excellent. Very clean and sanitary. There is absolutely nothing bad I can say about our stay. Will be returning.

Our stay was very pleasant. Room size is generous, bed was comfortable. Lobby is a compressed space and not especially welcoming. Room has an actual Keurig machine, which is welcome. Breakfast is slightly better than other hotels in this price range,

The air conditioner in our room quit working one of the nights, then when it was working it wouldn’t stop blowing frozen air and wouldn’t turn off. I also tried to check in another family member because they were getting into town late and didn’t have time to check in before the wedding. The woman working the counter was extremely unhelpful and rude and did not resolve my problem what so ever and made my other family never pay for another room that had already been reserved and paid for. I was very frustrated and disappointed and I will never stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone else.

The check in was very speedy. I was running late and in a hurry so that was a major plus. The room was very clean and nice and conveniently located.

The hot breakfast was well stocked and tasty. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet. Overall a pleasant experience.

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Only "issue" was that our bathroom door didn't latch unless we slammed it, but it was only my husband and our kids with me.

Not enough towels in rooms or pool area. Extremely noisy. Breakfast area was messy.
