維吉尼亞海灘伍德斯普林套房酒店(WoodSpring Suites Virginia Beach)

Es el hotel más malo que he estado en los EE.UU de América, cucarachas dentro de la habitación, mal olor, suciedad en todos lados, y un servicio, para no decir mal, regular! No se como una instalación cómo está puede brindar dicho servicio de hostelería Tan Malo, y además de que cobran un precio súper caro para un hotel que está por debajo muchísimo de su categoría. Realmente sino quiere llev**** una mala experiencia, no visite este hotel.

Cucarachas en la cocina y el baño, mal olor en la habitación en general

The staff were very welcoming, the location and parking were convenient, bed was very comfortable, and the room was bug free. AA

Needs updating! Refrigerator was visibly rusted! Sheets and blankets were a bit stiff and starchy. Only one option offered for order out from front desk

It was okay had a few roaches in the room. The tv was in its last leg. And when I forgot something I. The room after ti checked out they claimed there was nothing in there. When I know my credit card and forgot my chest board and sneakers. But staff was nice and good location.

The first room I checked into had a dead roach on the bed. The roaches must have smelled my chicken and decided they wanted to come for dinner too. That’s when the party started. The attendant on staff moved us to the room across the hall. Only to find out there was an after party going on in there also. There were baby roaches, big roaches with eggs attached. And to put the icing on the cake when I got in the shower guess who decided to join…another damn roach, I got out and opened the bathroom door. Next thing I knew I felt something drop on my hand. ANOTHER DAMN ROACH. Small roach problem my ass. Hotel staff only available before 11pm. And there are no other rooms vacant. The temperature drops at night and the heat does not work. I called the on call service only to be informed that maintenance wasn’t in the building either. They don’t have blankets only sheets and you have to pay for fresh linen. I would have been better off at a motel at least they don’t have roaches. This was the worst hotel experience ever. I will never stay here again. My son has asthma and a roach infestation is a no go. I’m pissed

I appreciated that the front desk gave me a non-smoking room when I had booked a smoking room due to the cheaper cost. I did however kill a roach in my room which is to be expected in hotels that you can cook food in. Other than that the room wasn't bad just nothing fancy or really nice.

Oh! You mean the hotel with the roaches crawling on us? The one with the flat tire on the luggage cart? The one with the bathroom door in need of rapair and the molding on the tub coming off? The one with the 1st floor door slamming all night long? Well, there was only one mirror. Usually there is one in the room. The shower head was loose and fell apart. The floor was sticky in the room and the TV did not work the morning we checked out. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Thanks for the stay.
