There was simply one staff member Teresa that was sweet, but Jen, Chet and Melissa not so much. We landed at midnight and our room had been oversold Teresa had to find us a room and it didn’t have a tub we needed bright did the tv work. We then had to switch rooms again for a working tv and still no tub. The next morning when we were told they may not even be able to get a tub and basically this is tough luck and manager Chet arguing with me regarding me not asking for a tub or “guaranteed it would have been in the notes” was really our last straw. The first night was $178 and for the second night they wanted $288! It was insane and we left to find a much better quality hotel on the beach for much less!

Last minute and very customer service orientated. All staff was very accommodating and helpfull with every part of this visit to Hampton Roads!!

Good: Room was nice size and clean, AC worked great.. 2 large tvs, bed comfortable Bed: almost no water pressure in the shower.. sink and toilet had tons of pressure so this is due to a water saving shower head. Breakfast is below Average for a hotel breakfast buffet. No waffles, pancakes, or French toast were offered the Sunday morning I stayed. Cheese omelets we’re available but out by 9am (breakfast ends a 10 on weekends).. turkey sausage and bacon so thin you could see through was the extent of hot food offerings. No fresh muffins, cinnamon rolls, or doughnuts to be found. So disappointed I walked back to my room with nothing but a juice from the fountain… for the money I spent on this room I expected more. Won’t be back.

Took them forever to check us in, Only Because i booked through a “third party” site. Im an ******* Member, thats the only site I've ever booked on. Im very disappointed that i wasn't aware of a 150$ Or Even a 20$ hold on a different credit or debit card, what if i didn't have another card or even funds for them to hold?. Then one of my key cards didn't work, what if i got locked out? i get in the room after all of that and realized 1/2 of the T.v’s were missing a remote, i tried to cut it on manually and with the same remote that i had for the second T.v (of course it didn't work). Went down to the front desk once AGAIN, staff gave me a spare remote (of course that didn't work) so at this point I'm like FORGET IT.. So im short a T.v with two children (can you say headache?)..I’m dissatisfied with This Family Trip Stay..

Didn’t get to enjoy the stay because the TVs was broke in the room and they didn’t have anyone to fix the problem

Ross, the front office person, has superb customer service skills. He was very nice and professional.

Had an early flight was great being very close to the airport. Couldn't handle the pool it was very very cold.

I originally set to stay for 4 days, I had to adjust/change my room, the manager so so helpful, the shuttle service was perfect, all the staff was super friendly, and I got a upgrade, so there other rooms are beautiful as well.... breakfast buffet had quite the options, placed perfectly by many nearby "other" food options

The rooms were very clean. Ross was very helpful. Acommodations were met for son who also decided to stay.
