海灘區度假酒店(Beach Quarters Resort)

Pues el check in se supone que era a las 4 y fui a esa hora a recepción y me dijeron que no sabían a qué hora estaría mi cuarto listo 😡me parece muy mal porque para hacer el check out a fuerzas es a las 10 y lo tienes q hacer porque ellos no respetan el tiempo del check in y la puerta del balcón no cerraba mandaron a alguien de mantenimiento y dijo q no podía hacer nada por el momento nos quisieron dar otro cuarto pero la verdad no nos gusto en el piso donde estaba estuvo pecimo

Great stay, responsive security and front desk. Bed was of average comfort. Nice indoor pool. Bathtub in the room was big enough for two people!!! Very tight parking garage, larger size vehicles may have trouble but I believe there is off site parking for larger vehicles.

One of my favorite places to stay. Everyone whom I’ve encountered at checkin are always nice and polite.

We were in town for a field hockey tournament. The hotel staff is amazing and very responsive. I loved the text feature for texting about things you might need or questions you might have. The resort is in need of refurbishment. Our door didn't open all the way and you could see where it has been sticking and scraped the tile. The weather *****ping around the door was gone and light and cold air seeped in. The bathroom is super tiny and you can't actually get dressed in the bathroom. Having a full size fridge and cooktop was a nice surprise that we weren't prepared for. The view is amazing.

Beds felt like I was sleeping on a rock. They were hard with no give at all. Couch was stained, I would not sit on it. You had to give a $200.00 deposit that was not informed until after you reserved your hotel room.

Overall good stay for a family. Kids loved the pool, mom loved the view, dad loved the restaurants next door plus It's really Nice having a full kitchen and full size coffee maker! The only negatives were the parking garage, (dangerous) and the gym looked nothing like the pics online. You get about half the equipment, old and worn down, But for the off season price it was worth it!

My family stayed there at 2015. So when my parents wanted to do a beach vacation, I recommended Beach Quarters. I won’t say the experience was bad, but it was something. -we requested rooms next to my parents (and they with us). We were not even on the same floor. I did ask that one of be moved to at least be on the same floor, and they were able to do this. -the rooms were pretty run down. -my husband and 13 y/o got stuck in the elevator when it broke. The emergency call button wasn’t working, so they just pounded on it till someone reported hearing them. It took over an hour to get them out. There was no one on staff who knew how the thing operated to help. One elevator was already out of order. And the last remaining elevator was kept running while trying to free my husband/child, and then that one got stuck with someone inside. -middle of the night fire alarm and evacuation. This actually happened in 2015 too. -hot tub was not hot. One time staff was able to assist, the rest of the time we were told there was nothing that could be done.

Great views of the ocean, convenient location that is walkable. Parking deck is a nigh**are though! Honestly loved the room but the parking deck is a death trap, I can’t imagine it in busy season. The staff were A so nice! Clean room with updated furniture. However if you’re a plus size person and book a king room ask for an accessible bathroom. The toilet is in a tiny closet that won’t allow for a lot of room.

Loved my suite. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great view. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in ever. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked. Only thing I didn’t love was that you have to pay for an additional parking pass. I feel like with a room that accommodates 6 people.. 2 passes should be included/expected. really great stay.
