Could not park in parking garage because of oversized trucks in there hallway smells like **** all day kids playing outside door house keeping did not clean my room the whole stay I would not stay there anymore I had to check out 2 days early because of the noise and smell I will never stay there again

For the money, I definitely won’t be staying here again. For work, I travel here once every two months, and this has been the worst hotel so far. The walls had hair all over it (I don’t even know how that happens), the carpets were disgusting, and couches had crumbs. Great location, but it needs major renovations done to it. Looks like the recently painted the walls, but you can blatantly tell they painted over blemishes. Lastly, the “suites” are not suites. They literally put a microwave on a side table and call it a kitchenette. Spend your money elsewhere.

For a Four Points Sheraton, you can tell this property is somewhat dated, especially in the rooms. The air conditioner was insanely loud and made it almost impossible to sleep. I'd probably pass on this hotel if I had to stay again. Very clean, just older.

This hotel was great to stay at. My family and I were not a fan of the restaurant food. Both breakfast and dinner. My only issue is they need to make sure the food comes out hot! It also needs to be seasoned well. 👀… The hotel has a very spacious entry and lounge area. The rooms were clean. I didn’t sleep well for the several nights of our stay because the mattress was extremely firm. I could deal with that because the view of the ocean was beautiful.❤️ Housekeeping came to our room every morning to see if we needed anything which I really appreciated and everyone was very kind.

They were so friendly and helpful. Best view from our balcony. Parking was so convenient, we were able to unload our whole car and regroup with little effort. Great pillows Restaurants were great

Great place, even being on the main boardwalk the property is well kept, clean, staff was very pleasant. The lobby smelled amazing. Very very comfortable stay will book again.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was though the pool was open it was not heated. The temp showed 68 degrees and was too cold to swim in.

Clean and well maintained. The room was very comfortable and a great beach view. The restaurant on the first floor has great food and drink specials. Delicious food.

Nice lobby. Small room. Weird painted walls. Booked a king through *******. Only got a queen.
