This hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The only con is the water pressure. My sink water pressure was low but my shower pressure was good and it was opposite for our family staying next door to us. Overall, it’s a clean and nice hotel and great for family stays.

It was noisy from time I got back to hotel which was 11pm up until it was time for me to leave at 8am. It was none stop noise to the point I got absolutely NO sleep.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The first time was atrocious, but not the fault of the staff…..I left a review for that stay already. This second time around was mixed. The hotel is newer and very nice and clean. And the location can’t be beat. The staff are all friendly. I paid for a city view thinking we would get a higher room, but we got the second floor facing the parking garage. So I am a little upset about that. The first night the hotel allowed a huge gaggle of young adults to hang out in the very small parking lot across from the hotel entrance. They decided it would be cool to bounce a ball against the hotel wall directly under us and around the first floor room. It went on forever. We finally called the front desk and the gaggle dispersed. The hotel staff also let people hang out in the front lot revving their car engines. Eventually it all stopped. The second night we had no issues. If you plan to stay here, request a room on the opposite side of the hotel entrance because the walls are very thin. If we could request a high floor opposite the hotel entrance, we would stay here again. But not sure we wanna take the chance.

The only criticism is that I think the coffee maker in my room did not have all the parts to use it (I think the tray to put the coffee grinds bag in was missing). I did not bring this to the attention of the hotel.

Excellent location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely use this location again.

Always, always, a great stay at Fairfield Inn at the Town Center. Had a great view of the Town Center skyline, which was spectacular with the Christmas lighting. Incredible staff. I have never stayed anywhere where the staff was so nice across the board. Absolutely love the shower. Great water pressure, shower head with pulsing massage. Large room and comfortable bed.
