The rooms and service were excellent. Food quality was too good. I faced no issues in the hotel The staff was also cooperative and especially Sanjay Kumar sir helped us a lot. Will definitely visit the hotel again and also will recommend this to anyone who visits Vizag.

Rooms are neat and clean Location is very good and convenient Food is good staff are friendly Soaps are not placed in the washrooms Room is comfortable Bathroom is clean and convenient It has a meeting room for 50 people

Best place to hang out on a weekend with your best buddies to make it a stress out day . Food here is simply awesome , chef specials and their hospitality is next level for any kind of party . Centrally located in city of destiny . That really helps you in reaching out all important places .

Really it was excellent place to stay with family. Nice Food quality and test. All members of this hotel are very familiar, humble and cooperative. Overall i recommend to stay in this is place with family .

Rooms are comfortable, but things are a bit worn out due to aging. The restaurant is average in terms of food quality & breakfast but the food quantity is very good. Toilets are good. I did not like the location very much. Service is a bit slow. Hotel is ok for business travelers but not that good for family stay.

The room was neat and cleaned well, the room service was well and they responded within secs.. The hotel quality and use of modern technologies made it more attractive for me... The behaviour of all the staffs was very friendly... The Waltair Kitchen was also awesome... I liked it overall...

One of the pathetic hotel i have ever chosen in my life. Expired moisturizer given, stained bedsheets/runner , bad uncomfortable and broken mattress were given. While asking for change they said that the hotel is booked and they don't have extra room/mattress to change . I have applied a bit of the moisturizer on my face and immediately washed it, since it was expiry it could have damaged my skin. Such negligence is unacceptable. We had checked in at 10pm instead of their standard time 12pm, yet they were cold enough with the response.. Staff is attentive yet not helpful due to no authority maybe . While asking for an omelette, they said we only serve 1 omelette per person . This is unacceptable and another reason for not choosing you. Delay in breakfast service is yet another reason . We donot want to be an exception.

The bathroom was so neat and clean. The room was well maintained. All amenities were available. Breakfast was good Excellent for good price. Will stay at the hotel again and would recommend it for everyone.

Housekeeping was poor, the room I had was poorly maintained for the three days I was resident with cleanliness ignored, facilities not supplied or replenished properly when supplied. Wi-fi was a joke in these days with metered and a need to get daily "tickets" to gain access, this is 2023 not 2003! Staff gave the impression that I was an irritation rather than welcomed. All round not a good stop at all. On the positive side, the location is excellent and there is secure parking. Nearby facilities can be walked to and the Restaurant, when properly ***aged, serves excellent food. The Restaurant was the high point of the stay.
