Perfecte locatie. Heerlijk rustige locatie met uitzicht op de middellandse zee en de dorpjes van de chinqe terra. Heel netjes en schoon. Elke dag schone handdoeken en bedlakens. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Heel handig dat je met een bus naar beneden naar Volastra en Riomagiorre kan. Paradijs op aarde

The view was absolutely amazing and decent breakfast. On the other hand, rooms were quite old, worn out and not so fresh. One bathroom towel had orange stains so I had to change. Their English is not too good which makes communicating confusing. Be aware about the "free parking". I called them one week before and was told to mail about parking, which I did. They never replied and upon arrival they claimed I had to reserve parking in advance and that all parkings were booked. This was a frustrating experience. Overall rating: 5/10.

Location incantevole, una terrazza sul mare. Personale cortese e professionale, camere ordinate e pulite. Un'ottima colazione a buffet all'aperto. Assolutamente da consigliare. Segnaliamo il vicino ristorante Locanda Tiabuscion dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo.

The view and the breeze at the top are incredible. The rooms are okay, but clean. This hotel is not in Riomaggiore as they say but in Volastra, a tiny town above Manarola. It is hard to get there. You either hike up and down or take a bus down. Then you have to keep track of the.schedule. Pack light because either way you are carrying your bags up and down the stairs at the station or to and from the bus. It would be greatnif someone offered to help with bags. The breakfast and cappachino were delicious. The woman helping with breakfast and the cleaning lady were very pleasant and friendly. The 2 men were much less friendly. Next time I go to Cinque Terre i will stay at a place close to the train station.

This was the third time we've been to Luna di Marzo, and it just keeps getting better. Eugenio and his wife could not do enough to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The views from the terrace, of course, are always spectacular, and the breakfast offering was varied and very good. We asked if a particular restaurant we had visited the first time was still open, and he told us that he was part owner of a new restaurant in Volastra, but that if we wanted to return to the restaurant we had visited before, by all means he was okay with that, and he smiled. Well, it was a disappointment in many respects, so the following evening we had him make reservations for us at his restaurant. What an experience! The food was excellent, and our server, Beppe, was delightful. We will definitely return! I'm only sorry it was our last evening, or we would have returned again for another meal. As for our accommodations, our rooms have always been spotless and well maintained. No complaints.

Ho prenotato qua dopo aver letto le tante recensioni positive e sono rimasto veramente molto deluso. La cosa più bella dell'hotel è la vista ma per il resto è un dramma. Per 160 euro per 1 notte a marzo l'hotel NON offre servizi minimali: la camera è arredata con vecchi arredi commerciali. Il letto è scomodissimo, con pessimi materassi e cuscini inesistenti. Le persiane non si chiudono per cui dalle 6 entra la luce in stanza come fosse giorno e sei costretto a svegliarti. Le camere non sono insonorizzate per cui mi sono sentito tutti i discorsi dei vicini di stanza nonchè tutte le volte che andava in bagno, anche di notte. La colazione è molto basica con pessimo pane decongelato. La vista è stupenda ma la posizione non è buona per girare le 5 terre perchè si trova isolato rispetto alle 5 terre (salvo Corniglia), lontano dalla stazione e con un bus che passa ogni due ore. Ma ciò che stupisce è soprattutto l'accoglienza e il servizio: all'accoglienza un ragazzo molto freddo si limita a darti la camera e a comunicarti che la colazione inizia alle 8 e non è possibile servirla prima. Alle 22 la reception chiude. In camera non c'è un mini bar, impossibile avere anche solo una bottiglia d'acqua. Assenza di bollitore e se uno vuole farsi una tisana è impossibile. Alla mattina la colazione si fa nella reception dove la signora, seduta alla scrivania da ufficio, ti osserva mentre mangi, risponde al telefono, discute coi fornitori, fa pagare i clienti. Una roba mai vista nemmeno in una pensione. Alle 5 terre gli hotel e i BB e gli affittacamere su Airbnb non mancano: qualsiasi altra opzione è migliore di questa. Sconsiglio.

The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is perfect. The bus to/from Manarola makes this a convenient place to stay away from the crowds while exploring the Cinque Terra.

Overall stay was good. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, a young male staff member argued with me when I asked for toilet paper. He was quite rude. Easy parking at 10 Euros per night. Fantastic views. Great breakfast. Will book again.
