Staybridge Suites Waco South - Woodway

I brought my 2 daughters to the hotel on a last minute weekend away for a school competition. I was thoroughly impressed with everything about our stay! It was the cleanest hotel I have stayed in in a long time, the room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was especially good! Plus, every employee was helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend staying at these Staybridge Suites.

The room and front desk was great. But the walls are thin and the people above us made noise all night.

My husband and I drove in from Houston for a weekend stay, and we were very impressed! The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated, the room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very professional and friendly, making sure we were always good. We will definitely be back.

First of all we had trouble with checking in-new system. Finally got the cards for the door and went to the 2nd floor and they did not work. Had to go back to the front desk. I booked a king bed and ended up with two queens. We didn't complain as we didn't want the hassle of finding another room at this point. The body wash provided in the shower was empty. The overall room seemed cheap. No closet-just a wire rack to hang your clothes on in the bathroom. Pocket doors between the bathroom & bedroom were very difficult to open and close. I will say it was clean so no issues there. The breakfast was very good and the staff overall were nice and accommodating. For the $-not the nicest place I've stayed.

Very nice. New and clean. Great breakfast . Only issue was being able to hear muffled TV and voices from room behind our bed. Seems walls could have been better insulated

The front staff was very welcoming and friendly. It is really rare these days for good customer service. So it was refreshing to know that the management has taken the time to make sure it was a priority. The room was very clean. Overall, a great experience.

Everything was clean and modern . The breakfast buffet used real plates and silvereware. Good assortment of food.

Staff was amazing and cleanliness in the room was fantastic!!!! Enjoyed our stay , definitely staying again next year :)
