阿斯頓茂宜島山度假村(Aston Maui Hill)

The condo was large enough to accommodate our family of 5, two teenagers, a young adult and two parents. The view from the large balcony is spectacular! You can even lay in bed and see the ocean and the lush landscape. There were beach chairs and umbrellas in the closet for us to use, this came in very handy! The large dining table was great for gathering around to play games in the evening. The landscape crew works tirelessly to maintain the beautiful plants throughout the resort. The maids were very kind and helpful. We had an excellent variety at this resort!

To start off the first unit we received was seriously out dated and smelled like a cheap hotel with fairly dirty couches and old carpets. They were nice enough to switch us out to a slightly better room but not the nicest place in the world either. It definitely had a retirement property vibe. Also, had issues with a broken toaster which they did replace. Room cleaning also did not consistently keep up with stocking soap and things for restrooms. Then we also had problems with the cable not consistently working. Simply put I was tired of having to bring things to their attention and just wanted to enjoy my vacation. Overall this property felt kind of runned down and for the amount of money we paid, my family and I were definitely disappointed. I would not stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Maui Hill. I booked a condo with ocean view with a queen and a sofa bed. We arrived later at night. The front desk staff was super friendly, especially when I could not find my credit card and ID. They allowed us to use my husband's even though his name was not on the booking. We received keys and pool towels, a property map, and invite to the Memorial Day pool party. We got to the condo and were stoked that there was one bedroom, a loft with another queen bed, plus the sofa bed. My kids were thrilled to not have to share a sofa bed. Our condo also had two bathrooms. The full kitchen and washer/dryer made it very convenient. Originally, we did not see the ocean and were a little bummed because it seemed there was no way our condo was an "ocean view." However, we were greeted with the most beautiful view when we woke up. The ocean, the mountains, palm trees all in plain sight right off our balcony. Plus the sweet little green parrots flying around. True paradise. There was construction on the roads during our stay, but the detours were manageable and not any fault of the condo. The area is great- all kinds of shopping, restaurants, beach parks. My daughter and I walked to breakfast and shopping one day while the boys went deep sea fishing. I don't think I would walk to the beach park if we had any gear to carry, but it was easy enough to find a parking spot. We would definitely book this condo again if we decide to return to Maui!

This is the perfect place for a family vacation. The condos are spacious, with plenty of room to spread out all of a family’s stuff. The kitchens are set up with everything you’ll need to cook and eat some of your meals. And you can grab an outdoor grill to cook up stuff like fish. The only downside is that it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest food or market (but still definitely walkable)- but that also gets you out of the tourist crowds when you’re just relaxing.

We had such a lovely stay. The hotel is in prime location close to restaurants and stores. Check -in and check-out were super easy and the property was very spacious, clean and had everything a person would need on vacation including iron and even curling iron for hair. Staff is friendly. Everything was amazing, highly recommend.

Very nice large two bedroom appartment. Two terraces on opposite sides, so you could always find shade. Very nice welcome-fruit-basket. I would come back

I am in shock that we found a cockroach in our bed. When asked the managed didn’t want to take our night off. I explained I was in the hotel business. He said U should understand. WHAT! A roach in my bed??? Never.

Property had everything you need for your stay. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. Just felt like home. Customer service people were very friendly. I would definitely come back to stay here when I’m visiting this island and highly recommend to others.

Staff very kind and caring. Condo lovely with high ceilings, spacious. Lots of light. View of ocean from deck and of Haleakala from kitchen and bedroom. Maid service daily. Grounds are beautiful.
