椰子園海灘度假村(Coconut Garden Beach Resort)

Maumere était notre porte d'entrée à Flores - une île magnifique qui mérite amplement le détour. L'hôtel est un peu à l'écart de la ville (qui n'a guère d'intérêt), sur une belle plage. Il est très bien agencé, en bungalows éparpillés. Chaque bungalow est très joliment décoré (des coquillages partout !) et on s'y sent parfaitement bien. Tout au plus pourrait-on regretter l'absence d'une table pour poser ses affaires. La salle de bain est très agréable. Pas ou peu d'eau chaude, jet de douche plutôt puissant (il est rare, sur Flores, de disposer d'eau chaude et d'un jet suffisamment puissant...). Le restaurant propose une carte plutôt variée. Le personnel est adorable. Quelques-uns parlent correctement l'anglais. Pas de wifi dans les bungalows. Une excellente adresse

Que dire, sûrement le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour. Nous avons regretté de n'y avoir passé qu'une nuit. Le cadre est magnifique, à même la plage, les bungalows sont justes exceptionnels avec leur salle de bain extérieur. Nous avons dîner sur place et pris le petit déjeuner. Rien à dire le service, la qualité, tout était parfait.

Nice place, Clean room,freandly staff, good food, Highly recommended for honeymooners and family vacations, because the place is very quiet, and for beach vacation lovers while enjoying a cup of black coffee and fried bananas, and serve the ripples of sea water

A very relaxed environment - very friendly staff. Lovely chalets. Food good. Surprisingly has a gym but not sure when cool enough to use! Very good value. Quick shuttle to the airport. Kayaks and SUP available. Plenty of shade amongst the trees as very hot!

The staff were super nice .. the villas were excellent and the food presentation and taste was YUM!! BUT we won’t be returning unfortunately to stay ever again cause we were HORRIFIED as soon as we got there to see two ROTTWEILER dogs in seperate wire cages next to each other on concrete slabs just left there on orders by the owners who hardly visit the place. They are never taken out of their cages and the excuse is that one of the dogs took a nip at someone a while ago . Obviously someone who is scared of animals and there were plenty of the staff who are scared of all dogs as well. They sit on the concrete floor wire cages in 34 deg heat and NO ONE CARES . !!!!!!! It is a disgrace and total animal abuse by the owners . The staff can’t do anything about it and say sometimes one man takes them to the beach and the water but I guess very rarely . Why can’t the owners make sure that these two caged dogs are even kept together instead of being separated and WALKED EVERY DAY when no one is about . They are away on vacation and even if they are not ..they hardly come to the hotel as they got excellent staff running it and we agree with that .. No way can we recommend the hotel because of the dog situation as it is total ANIMAL CRUELTY .. and one can’t sit there eating and drinking in the restaurant and chilling out knowing that those two dogs are in a jail. A lot of other guests were talking about the treatment of seeing those dogs caged up. We did tell the staff to contact the owners and tell them how would they feel if they were caged up! We would like a response from the Slovenian husband and Indonesian wife about this review . It truely upset our whole time there .

Heaven! Large, comfortable bungalow, showered in frangipanis, shells and with a hammock out front. The outdoor bathroom is simply amazing, with lots of interesting decorations and lovely plants. We ate fantastic fish dishes at the restaurant, set off by papaya flower salad and local sambal plus fresh juice and more frangipanis. Breakfast was also great. Swimming is at the beach - although quite shallow. Absolutely loved this place, didn't want to leave.

The services was exellent, the rooms in bech front, the was clean, beach was clean and the foods delicious. If you need comfotable to stay I recomend you to stay in Coconut Garden. Perfect place to stay in Maumere flores

Very nice on the beach, room are beautiful and bathroom is on the outside. Beautiful journey in the nature and very sweet staff. Beach is beautiful and quiete. Breakfast is generousely served and food is very tasty. Perfect place to get some rest!

We had just finished an overland tour on Flores and had a final night in Maumere. I’m so glad we stayed here instead of the town. The resort is probably a 15 minute drive out of town and positioned on a very quiet section of the beach. Bungalows are positioned on grey sand and are well spread apart and reasonably appointed. Bathrooms are outdoors with stepping stones to the toilet and shower areas. There are no other facilities nearby but the food at the restaurant is good and the staff are lovely and very helpful.
