貝尼茨温泉池汽車旅館(Bennetts Thermal Motor Inn)

I am still waiting for my refund of one night. I booked a room for 2 nights of alone time to soak in a thermal spa, No spa lots of noise because people live there, needless to say I cut my weekend and came home next morning. I was so looking forward to a weekend for me and my tired bones instead just big disappoin**ent The people were lovely though They just need to take the Thermal out of the name.

Location was good, little noisy at night but not to much. Myself and my partner had the family room with the spa. Spa was amazing. Enjoyed late night swims. Very clean and warm

Really nice and clean, staff were pleasant and accommodating. Our only issue was that the whole upper floor got no effect from the air conditioning unit. It was crazy hot all night. Other than that the accommodation was clean and fit our needs. Thanks

Good location where its not too far from shopping malls. However motel is close to a corner on the main road. Room was clean but had a few cobwebs behind the tv cabinet in lounge that was in the way of the storage cupboard. Had a swimming pool for kids. What i didnt like was there was no air conditioning upstairs & room was way too hot for anyone to sleep in.

Enjoyed our short stay here, facilities are good. Nicely situated across the road from the water however, road is very busy but didn’t bother us much. The only issue is entering or exiting the property can be tricky as it’s right on a bend in the road.

We were very happy with the facility. It was easy to find close to shops. Clean and tidy and the parking was great.

Very good customer service, clean, buildinh quite old but good for a night stay

Person at reception was helpful, knowledgable about the area and gave good recommendations. Hair drier was dusty and had hair on it. Tooth paste stain on the faucet.

I will stay there again but next time I'm hoping the room pool is working as it's better with the pool
