華爾道夫Residence Inn 酒店(Residence Inn Waldorf)

我的位置很好，房間乾淨。缺點是熱水有時起作用，有時不起作用。好的部分是它靠近許多商店和餐館。大多數工作人員都很友好，但有時在前台工作的馬槽女兒態度非常糟糕，客户服務很糟糕。

It was decent. Clean. Breakfast was good. Staff polite. Room didnt stink (the usual problem when finding a room). Had a good stay with no complaints. Wish it was cheaper but its not. If it was it probably wouldnt have been as nice.

We checked in on Friday afternnon.The entry way was clean and inviting. The hallway smelled like urine, and you could hear dogs barking. Our room had several stains that looked like vomit on the carpet that looked fresh. I complained because i had toddlers with me, and i didnt want them running around that mess. Nothing was done! I had to ask for towels and clean rags 3 times, and they came 4 hours later because there were non clean. There is a musty odor but they had no air freahener. The bath tub was dirty, there were stains on the bedding. A complete disaster!! My mother didnt want to sit on the couch as it had rips on it and stains. We traveled 8 hours and was exhausted..... felt very uneasy and nasty. Breakfast was basic...

The facility was well maintain and staff was friendly. I was unimpressed was the animal friendly environment ,the room across had a dog that barked every time we entered our room.

staff was great especially the guy at front desk, extremely helpful, forgot his name but he was soooo professional & down to earth. All of my party of 5 say "Give him a Raise".

Overall the place is just okay. The Air conditioning units are way too loud. They put us in a room in the first floor. Our window was directly near where they dump all the trash. Went outside in the evening and there were at least a half dozen stray cats searching through the trash. This place would be much better if the staff didn’t stage the trash right outside the rear entrance where guests enter. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast was a nice touch.

The front desk staff were great. The rooms were not. The first room assigned was dirty, couch broken and smoke detector hanging from the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. We were moved to same type of room, this room a little cleaner with the exception of handprints on the mirror and a full can of garbage under the sink. The front desk retrieved the trash but I couldn’t rest thinking if housekeeping failed to remove trash and clean fingerprints, did they change the sheets? Very unnerving night for my family and I. The manager of the property addressed my concerns the following morning in a very professional and courteous manner. Issuing a full refund.

Room was dirty & they ran out of food for breakfast

There wasn't any toilet paper in the bathroom. We were on the first floor went to check the window and they were unlocked which meant anyone could climb thru the window if they wanted to. The bed was very uncomfortable and it took the room forever to get warm not to mention that it looks old and ran down .
