Holiday Inn Express 列剋星敦(Holiday Inn Express Lexington)

Comfortable large room, Bathtub chipped and in poor condition Only One elevator and sometimes had to wait 5 minutes. Only two luggage carts Staff were were pleasant but untrained. A bus tour seemed to discombobulate them. Came down to breakfast at 7:30 to find no seating and out of many things. Ice machine only worked on one floor. Vending gave wrong sodas Room keys didn’t work when we got to room. USBs by bed broken.

There were a few things, the l up Keurig coffee machine could of make 2 cups with I fill. hand soap and lotion were on the other side of the counter from sink. We stayed to visit my great granddaughter for 4 days, the next to last day they did not lean my room. I asked why they told me I would have to ask them to clean refresh towels and make bed. At desk. I said they have been doing it I never asked. She shrugged her shoulder’s. When we left I told the clerk not to charge us the last day of cleaning. I give up . I guess do t ask questions

The loudest hotel we have ever stayed at. The room and service were excellent. But the thin walls and the smell of bacon constantly were not pleasurable.

Checked in at 3:25. Room wasn’t ready. When they finally called us that it was ready, 3 bus loads of people had gotten off with their luggage and we had to carry all our baggage to the 4th floor. Elevator took forever. Was charged $5.00 more when we checked in than what it said whdn I made reservations.

Terrible 2 night stay where we got no rest or sleep. Room was right above the front door with automatic door that opens 24 hours, right above the front patio cover. And the room was right next to the elevator followed by a massive jet engine of an AC unit in the room that made the loudest noise. Between being right next to elevator with so much foot traffic/noise of folks talking while waiting for the elevator, the front entrance door opening and closing at all times because it's the main front entrance to the building, and the jet engine AC...we got no sleep. We even went to the CVS to grab ear plugs and they did not help. Will not be staying here in the future unless it's far from elevator, on higher floor and no jet engine AC in the room.

When I showed up at the hotel, they didn’t have my reservations. ******* will not fixed the situation and refund me my money. I also used ******* points and they will not refund those either!

The staff were nice and the room was okay, but the bathroom was the issue. The shower drain was almost completely clogged up and water sprayed everywhere from the shower head. The shower was completely useless. It was so bad you absolutely cannot accidentally overlook it. They must not do routine check their rooms at all. I thought that maybe I had accidently pulled the lever for the tub to fill. I had not. The drain was just clogged up. Nasty.

We had a room booked for a big event for my daughter. We went hiking in the am. We went to check in and they cancelled my room because the credit card they had did not go through. I had gotten a new card. No call. No offer to get a new room. The manager hung up on me when I called to speak to him. No apologies. I have stayed there two weeks prior, confirmed my room that week, and could have come to the hotel if needed earlier. Who ever heard of a hotel canceling on a client the day of check in and giving your room away?! The most a loyal customer. I will never go back or be so disrespected again!

Dirty entire facility just dirty. My room had not been cleaned properly only bed sheets & towels were clean
