The front desk staff were friendly, as for the property i would not stay at that location not would I recommend to family or friends. Elevators was dirty, the assigned room (249) kitchen sink rusty, the refrigerator did not cold things even with temp turned to the lowest temp and the AC was noisey.
Definitely can’t make decisions based on pictures. Fire detectors didn’t have a working battery.
Of the 4 nights that I reserved and paid for I only slept there 2 nights. Absolutely last time i us this service.

I was there for only an hour after check in ,
I couldn’t tolerate the smell in the room and the hallway, so I went to the front desk and asked for a refund. He was really upset and said no , he won’t give me a refund.

I wish I would of looked at the reviews on yelp before reserving a room here through my ******* account. I just needed a place to sleep and that is exactly what I got from it. You can tell people probably live here and stay longer than a week or so. I didn’t feel safe, the room was so so. No shampoo or conditioner. Customer service was awesome though, I believe his name it Eric? He was great, I witnessed his interaction with a couple others while I was waiting and his customer service was a 10/10.

I was surprised that this place had an 8.4 rating. These were the most uncomfortable beds. Bath towels were too small. Older building needs renovation. I didn feel safe nor comfortable here. We checked out to go to a nicer hotel.

Super loud. Shares a parking lot with shopping areas. Cops dealing with homeless people in the parking lot. Couldn’t sleep because of all the noise from neighboring rooms. Says free breakfast but it’s just pre-packaged muffins. It had oatmeal packets but there were no bowls? Terrible place.
