What I didn’t like was that the man/ woman working in the front desk not only charge my card $15 for 3 beers after i paid cash but still told me they wouldn’t charge my card because i paid cash

The pool area was perfect for the kids. Nice breakfast and we were glad it was available early in the morning. Nice fireplace and lounging area. Would recommend for a family stay!

very good place to stay at the pool area is kid friendly which made our stay excellent.. and the staff is very friendly.

The back door sidewalk was full of snow. The breakfast was mediocre at best. There were no hot items only waffles. Very limited choices. Coffee was cold. The floor in the room was uneven. There was a large hole cut in the wall under the sink in the bathroom to access the hot tub in the room. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets were soft and the pillows were amazing.

Great customer service from the lady at the front desk. Was able to check in early. Bed was comfortable. The room could of been a little cleaner but I would stay here again

Love the room plenty of space great seating area. Nice lobby just to sit around a fireplace. Will definitely stay again

This is a nice hotel. It's just a few minutes from downtown Lake Geneva. Debbie at the desk was great. I had to bother her several times overnight and she was wonderful. She also had a long shift and still showed up the next morning with a smile. The lobby is beautiful. We loved the fireplace. The pool area is nice. The main pool is on the small side but the temp is good. The small kids pool is also a nice temp and would be perfect for toddlers. Only downside was breakfast-they don't replenish after about 9. They were out of a lot of items at that time.

I bean in this hotel over 15yrs ago. It is still look new. It has been kept very well. Quit, clean and friendly staff. Perfect for weekend getaway or short vacation.
