舒適套房酒店-德拉文日內瓦湖區(Comfort Suites Delavan - Lake Geneva Area)

The survey said “how was your check in”. The check in got one star. ******* failed to send my reservation to the hotel AGAIN. This also happened a month ago whe I reserved using ******* but they FAILED to transfer the reservation to the hotel. The hotel is okay. ******* made me waste a half hour waiting for it to get straightened out.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Pool was clean. Breakfast was very good for being free

It was a great. Seamless check in. Breakfast good as always. Just wish check in started at 3 since our little dinner spot Sweet Aroma is only open 5 to 8.

We had a great little get away, we arrived a bit early and we had great check in experience, he also upgraded our room for us to a room with a larger room with a jetted bathtub :) the room eas clean and beautifully updated, the beds where comfortable the breakfast was yummy the only bad thing i would say was the pool was very cold, but we did enjoy the hot tub by the pool for a little bit. We will definitely go bavk for our little adult getaways.

We really liked Hotel it was very clean the staff was amazing friendly and very polite , our rim didn’t have the old smell that others hotels have .. overall it was really good.. it was a little far from Lake Geneva but it was the first time there so we weren’t sure but I will stay there again

We have stayed in this motel several times. It seems to have gone downhill a bit, now more parsimonious. One of the reasons we picked this motel was the free breakfast. In past years it was fairly good. The last two stays it was not so good. The hot breakfast stuff was pretty bad this time. My kids said the sausages tasted strange, some chemical flavor, and instead of scrambled eggs they had these fake looking factory things that were white disks with some yellow dye in the center that was supposed to resemble egg yolk I guess, but I'm not sure any of it had ever seen the inside of a chicken. Microscopic bagels so small that if you try to toast them you can't fish them out of the bottom of the toaster. Cranberry juice that said "cranberry flavor and other ingredients", that looked scary. One of my kids just went for a bowl of cereal. The potatoes in the hot bin were rubbery things that just were not palatable. I guess they thought they would save money by using old potatoes, fake eggs, micro bagels, and chemical tasting sausages of dubious contents, but since I don't think the free breakfast will ever be a deciding point in the future, they have probably lost a repeat customer.

My family and I absolutely LOVE staying at this property. Everyone is always friendly. The rooms are always beautiful. Breakfast is tasty. Prices are great. Convenient location for where I have to go. I have worked in guest service and hospitality for many many years and I know how hard people can be to deal with sometimes. Although I never leave a cash tip for housekeeping, I am ALWAYS making sure I take care of the garbage as well as ***** all bed sheets and pillow cases. I know that little extra help is appreciated by all in housekeeping. We will always be back to this property. Thank you for always being so wonderful.

The hotel is not very accommodating. We had a wedding to attend we called asking if we could PAY for an early check in since the wedding started at 3 and check in wasn’t until 4. The front desk said no and the best they could possibly do is 2. So we had to call and add another day. Also the room had someone’s old beer can in it they don’t supply shampoos and conditioners.

Booked a room for 250.00 with a jetted tub. Jetted tub was actually in the bathroom and not the bedroom. That took away from our experience! Other than that it was a pretty decent hotel.
