Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Central to everywhere we needed. Highly recommend this property

Stayed here with my wife for one night on our WA trip. Location on the beach was nice. Room was ok. Found rain shower in bathroom managed to splash water out. $16 continental breakfast was convenient as we wanted to get away as soon as possible.

We just had our 3rd stay at Quality Resort, Sorrento. Again, I can not fault. Room no. 82. Top floor. Ocean views. VERY clean, quiet and comfortable. And a decent size spa bath. The bed is a comfortable king size. The breakfast, (continental included, cooked is extra), is good quality at a reasonable price, and good serving sizes. But the jewel in the crown is Brandon in reception. Super nice young guy who was very helpful with any query that we had. (Including things not related to the Resort). He is a true asset to the business. We will be back again.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay in a spacious, clean and very comfortable one bedroom apartment on the ground floor with sea views. Underground car parking was very convenient. Close to the restaurants at Hillarys and an easy drive to a number of shopping centres.

There were baby cockroaches all through the kitchen. No aircon in bedrooms. Out door court yard had not been cleaned in years. Caked in smoke ash.

A/cblow particular out of it the room r tied didnt get the rm i order git bump to a ocean view one still wouls like yhe one i had book very basic the remote went had to go to reception they didn't have new batteries the finally found one i could use

We weren’t able to get into the room due to a computer issue which took over 30minutes to fix..missing the sunset which is why we booked a balcony room Bed moved around a lot and facilities basics for what you pay for

Love our stay here, the staff are so friendly, helpful and fun. Had the best time, restaurant was epic, for happy hour and dinner. Dinner was excellent, great wine list. We loved the outside area. A great vibe amongst the people staying there. Morning coffee, overlooking the ocean, perfect. Will be staying again soon.
