斯卡伯勒探索酒店(Quest Scarborough)

Room is immaculate, the checkin and checkout service excellent. Facility's very impressive for the cost/night. My annoyance was having late checkout, yet someone was knocking continuously on my door before my confirmed checkout time. I had to get out of my "relaxing bath' and open the door!!

We have just had a week at Scarborough Quest in one of the self contained units. As a whole, our stay was good, but there were a few wrinkles to begin with (Had called at least a week prior to arrival to confirm single beds were required, and had 2 more calls from quest to confirm this only to arrive to a king bed; safe had flat battery and for the particular staff member at front desk, it seemed it was an inconvenience to her) and there was an issue with housekeeping leaving our door open while we were out for day, HOWEVER other staff (esp AJ) were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy, resources were clean and had what we needed. I have rebooked to return next year

It was a short stay and didn't suit. The car park is great but I was across the road. Had a problem with the cable tv but no one came to assist even though they said they would. Given the choice again I wouldn't use this Quest . too expensive for what it is

Very comfortable only disappointed in supply of tea and coffee only 2 small milk not really enough for one cup let alone two! After hours manager couldn’t have been more accommodating excellent customer service! Overall very happy!😊🙏

A nice spot to stay in Perth/Scarborough. Patty the sound of the street makes you awake early in the morning. Beter glasses in the windwos can solve that.

There was not much to like about this property. We were placed in a separate building location to the amenities, & across a busy highway. The room was booked as twin share, which in most hotel language means a minimum of 2 double beds. Quest seem to think 2 single beds are suitable to this description. I immediately located more appropriate accommodation to what I expected, & did not even stay for an hour. I was not offered any compensation & am now out of pocket $1,600 including parking that was not used. Wotif should take this property off their books.

We booked a room for Valentines Day which was also our anniversary. We were told at reception that we would need to put a $300 deposit to be held for any damages on top of the $230 for the room. The room allocated to us was a disabled room with a hospital metal tray in the bathroom and a large fold down bench in the shower. only one chair with table on patio. Very unromantic! I think it would have been good if we were told it was a disabled room on checking in. I also think the damage deposit is excessive. If we had been given a normal room things might have been different. The hotel itself is in a good position and the pool is nice. I will stay there again but will make sure I ask if the room is a regular room

Clean, comfortable, good facilities. Has everything you need for a stay over or something longer.
