The campsite is fairly pleasant, with shade and sunny spots along with animals making their way through quite often. The sites are very large, and the ablutions are good and are serviced regularly. The one challenge we did have was the chalet occupiers took over the pool so the campers didn't get a chance. It would be nice to have a pool/ablutions for each. Other than that we had a comfortable stay.

What a nice place for a break away. The beautiful bushveld is so peaceful and this is the real breakaway from the busy city life. Love the chalets, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Ephraim especially was a blessing making sure we know our way around the camp. This is a winner and we will definitely be back soon.

The welcome was so great thank you Reine, friendliest housekeeper ever. Teresa and Jan, the wildlife ws epic, zebras on your doorstep and giraffes crossing the sandy road as hou enter. Not to mention the best breakfast. Really worth the extra. The view is great during the day and the stars at night is magical. Quiet place to rest and rejuvenate 😴 what an amazing stay😊

Clean and neat camp site. Beautiful views. The site was secure and even met Leon from security. Jan was very helpful and he responded fast when we asked for assistance all weekend. We going back soon.

The venue is lovely I won't lie and the surroundings are beautiful. The staff is really friendly and they try their best to accommodate everyone regardless of who they are. Can't say the same for management they are really rude and inconsiderate, they favor needs of the "few". Our group booked a conference room as well and I must add the money required did not match the standard of it. It was lacking. If you booking as a couple go ahead it will accommodate you, but as a larger group I would not recommend

Absolutely fantastic place to be in a bushveld setting, close to town. Had a most enjoyable stay with family. Pool was a blessing in the hot weather, rooms were cool under thatch roof with fans. Definitely will return.

Animals free to roam around, zebra and giraffe. Swimming pools to cool off. Great breakfast delivered to unit. Awesome bush setting

Very clean and tidy, friendly staff. Great setting with zebra, giraffe and antelope grazing among camp. Delicious breakfasts were delivered to the unit, vegans were catered for. Will definitely return again.

Leisure trip to have a short break Workers were extremely professional and helpful On the Sunday afternoon late, a lady with a green bakkie were stopping 2 chalets away. We greeted her, but she did not greet back, she was shouting at 1 of the lady workers inside and outside the house. This was a very bad experience and not a way for any person to speak to another human.

The chalet was neat,Food was delicious and served in time,excellent service,Staff is very friendly and very helpful l will go back again in December with the whole family my kids had the best experience of watching giraffes,zebras

The greatest experience we have ever seen in the bush area. The environment is superb to say the least. Charlet are well maintained and have everything that one can dream of. Awesome place for relaxation and unwind a little bit.

Good communication by manager. It was easy to navigate to our accomodation. Friendly welcoming staff with safe and secure area. Clean and tidy facilities. The local resident friendly group of Giraffe paid us visit as well which was a nice surprise.

Very very poor service deliverable from the owners. As customers we not allowed to state any basic request. I sent an email before arriving to the owner to please make sure that there's a person to inspect the place since we have to pay R1000, to make sure that there's lights during loadshedding, rooms must be cleaned and also that we will not be reliable for any damages that has accured before our arrival. Owner responded on a phone spoke to my friend that i must withdraw my email or he will cancel and take 50% of the money i paid also i am not the person to tell him how to run his place. Secondly owner makes u feel like his doing you a favor he makes alot of unnecessary threats. Of cancelling so know that you won’t get all your money back in full. This threats started before we even arrived. he feels very much in tittle once you have made payments. he is all nice until you make payments the is no lights during loadshadding you have to bring you own lights. You also have to bring an extra blanket and your own towels. Privacy is also bad anyone that walks pass your chalet can see in your rooms. you feel very unwelcome there as if they doing you a favour by being there. Owner will never come for assistance when you need to talk to him. he will send his workers instead. If you want to go on holiday and have fun trust me this is not a place for you especially if you in a group. you will be treated like high school kids even if you behaving and respecting the area. I have nothing positive to say about that place but one thing for sure i am never going there or recommend anyone to go there. we usual go in a group trips of about 23 people 3 times a year on the same venue so we decided to try Buyskop and it was just a disaster. we missed our old place Tula Baba Guest Farm i recommend this place for anyone thats in group trips. Also the owner made an agreement that he will not have an issue with us plaing music only if we book most of his chelete but as soon as we get there we played our music mind you very gently considering the animals and the owner was quick to call his security and tell us about his terms an condition. My advice is anything you agree with this owner make sure its in writing not on a phone or verbally. Owner if also very quick and defensive even when he knows his wrong.
