There was a bedbug in our bed I would like our money back please

Jessica the gal at the front desk is amazing, she was very nice and helpful… she needs a raise or recognition please do not get rid of her, she was the best part of our stay. The Breakfast was so so, but beggars can’t be choosers. The main concern was there was loud banging between 1-3 am one night it was garbage pickup the next day it sounded like construction or extremely loud guest. The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner in the shower so I had some disinfectant wipes and spray to give the shower a once over during our stay. But overall the stay was a ok, I’m not opposed to staying there again for a do over

The check in was great, super friendly! Definitely go with any recommendations she has, they were on point. Room and hotel was clean, wide variety of breakfast offered. Only complaint I have is housekeeping barging in when I had the “Yawn, not just yet” tag hanging on the door.

Hotel is nice, it’s cozy and clean, convenient location to everything.but the Pool heater was broken and the pool was feeezing, couldn’t even get in to enjoy it. And we booked it to enjoy a pool after a long day. They should disclose those kind of things on the websites before people book. And I was also bummed there was no microwave in the room and the fridge was super tiny. They had one in the lobby, but it made for some inconvenience.

If you are looking for a place to stay just to lay down, sleep and get up and go, this place works. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place is new and clean. However... there are no coffee pots or microwaves in the rooms and the beds are single mattresses on a platform. If you are like us and enjoy a cup of coffee in your pjs, then plan to walk to the lobby to get it. These are minimally appointed rooms with just the basics to get by. We prefer to have in-room access to a coffee machine and microwave, and since we are older, we like more comfortable beds. Nice enough, but we won't stay at another Tru in the future.

The hotel was great with awesome amenities! There is a game area, fitness center, and an indoor pool!

We stay at this location frequently as it is a short distance from things we do in the area and from our home. This was not a great experience as once we arrived we were informed that the pool was closed for the weekend. We normally go to the pool in the evenings during our stays.

this is a fabulous hotel. I think it's new so clean so quiet I would stay here again! it's right off I 75 north, reasonable price and great breakfast

The room was filthy with mold in the shower,walls was dirty and the floors were never moped,elevators had food and debris on the floors and walls.a guests car alarm keep going off from midnight to 5am until the sheriff's were called to defuse the problem with many guests demanding their money back.we thought we was getting a Hilton hotel experience but instead it was a nigh**are and would never recommend this stay for anyone.
