Terrible service overcharged smelled like gas, rude front desk people

Cuando llegamos al cuarto excelente, super limpio y todo muy bonito, pero en esos 5 días nunca entraron a limpiar, ni sacaron la basura, ni cambiaron las toallas. Cuando fuimos a hacer el checkout no había nadie al frente, llamamos en varias ocaciones y nadie salió. Tuvimos que gritar para el señor saliera el cual se encontraba durmiendo.

Su ubicacion es buena y en si todo normal pero me picaron los chinche o no ce que animal pero tube que salir corriendo de hay.

Solo le.falta un microonda ybun refri

The property overall was pretty clean. The people at the front desk weren't very friendly. I had inquired about late check out and they said we do offer but we doubt you'll be able to to. You have to ask the front desk in the morning. I didn't understand why they couldn't assist me with that. I know most places allow for an additional charge. I did pay for the upgraded room that was supposed to come with a snack and they didn't give me anything and the mattress was supposed to be a pillow top. It was hard and very uncomfortable. I woke up with a sore back. I didn't even bother asking the front desk in late check out was an option because those two men working before were rude about it so I figured the morning people were probably the same.

The room is clean and service is ok but the only thing is they have bed bugs I got bit up me and my partner they need to do a reset in the rooms to clean them

Our hotel we booked was flooded so we had to book here.they were very accomadating and friendly.Place was clean in a good location.Needed help with the TV and they came right away.Would recommend.
