聖保羅 - 伍德伯裏智選假日套房酒店(Holiday Inn Express & Suites ST. Paul - Woodbury)

Traveling to see family for Canadian Thanksgiving. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable.

Everything aside from check-in and the first hour there was fine. The front desk staff issued a second set of key cards to another guest, who accessed our room 30 minutes after we had checked in (and while changing to go prepare for a wedding). The other couple was kind and understanding, but it was a bit embarrassing and a big security concern in my view, considering people travel with expensive electronics, cash, sometimes firearms, etc. The pool and hot tub were nice and breakfast was a good touch as well!

Loved this location! Exceptionally clean room and facility. Front desk staff was very friendly and truly concerned about making iur stay a goos one. We really appreciated the frank and honest tips about nearby restaurants. The advice was dead on and having a good meal then going back to a clean room helps tremendously in making a stay a good one. We will cine back to this location the next time we are in the Saint Paul area!

The general manager LaVette Macías take her time all the time to provide with one of the best services in the industry, one of the best hotel destinations for an4 days stay I received. A big big tums up for her and her staff.

Walking distance to a restaurant. Easy to get to off the interstate. Good breakfast buffet in the morning. One of the more affordable options relative to other hotels in the area.

Shower curtain needs to be replaced, bathroom lighting was too bright, bathroom & room doors need attention as they do not open & close well.

The staff was kind and helpful. The common/main areas were well maintained & cleaned as were the rooms as well. We had an overall Good experience.

Property had poor and lengthy check in, no breakfast available when eggs ran out.

This hotel is clean and well maintained and convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping.
