The room upkeep is poor. My first room’s power was out a few minutes after we came in and turn on all the room’s light. We could hear something went down from the breaker box inside the room. We had to move to another room. The new room has the blind/sheer power button on the wall in the living room not placed properly (like it almost broken), so we weren’t able to open/close the curtain with it. The tissue holder in the bathroom was also not properly installed on the wall. And I found a broken metal still stuck inside the outlet in the bedroom wall. The swimming pool was also not taken care of well enough, I can tell because when we get there in the morning at 10.30am (they open at 10am) there’s no towel in the swimming pool area, and nobody care enough to restock the towel before it open. On top of all of that, there’s lack of communication between the hotel staff. They charged my card before I even get there even though I specifically chose to pay at the property. And there’s no way for the front desk to communicate with the valet to let them know if there’s a guest waiting. I had to wait almost 30mins for the valet to come at night to give him my car key. And when I checked out and asked for the hotel receipt,(which one of the staff suggested me to do few days earlier just to make sure it is charged to the right card)the told they can’t print it out and I had to ask from Hotel.com. So overall not a pleasant stay at all.
