They lock the doors at 7pm. There was no one at the desk. I couldn’t get into the building! Then I found out that “hotel with parking” meant valet parking with a fee. I parked in valet and no one came to help me. I had to wave a guy down and ask him if he was valet. I had unpacked my car already. He wanted me to come in. I had to put everything back into my car. Then the pool was closed. We picked this hotel because of the pool and parking!

We booked this property on ******* weeks ago. Check-in was after 4:00 PM. We arrived around 4:30. There was NO parking at all at check-in. I waited in the car in a traffic lane while my wife went in to get the valet parking attendant- who was non-existent. We were told that there were no more parking spaces available and that we would have to park somewhere else - at our own expense, and we could come back after the Nationals game that we were in DC for and there should be parking spaces available after the game. I can only assume that they sell guest spaces to fans attending the game . We tried to cancel the reservation with ******* and we’re told that we could not. The hotel said we would be charged for the room because we could not cancel. This was the absolute worst customer service I have experienced in over 70 years. I will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone, nor will I ever use ******* again. Neither care about their customer’s experience and are only out to get as much money as they can

Fin belligenhed tæt på subway..ok hotel, god dobbeltseng men dårlig sovesofa, swimmingpool var lukket det samme var rooftop. Lidt træls når man bla havde booket for bruge det.. Morgenmaden er ok.

We love the location of the property and the variety of dining options nearby. Our suite however needs some repair (the bathroom light and fan didn't work consistently) and there were never towels in the pool area. Also, our room was ready even though we didn't check in til 5:30.

I feel as though when a guest checks in they should be provided at least a brief description of the hotel. It wasnt until the day I checked out that I found out about a welcome social that I missed out on. I was never told where breakfast was served nor where the pool, fitness center or laundry was. I feel as though I did not get to enjoy aspects of my stay that I clearly paid for. The valet process was very sketch and loose. It took 30 minutes to get my car after requesting it.

The room upkeep is poor. My first room’s power was out a few minutes after we came in and turn on all the room’s light. We could hear something went down from the breaker box inside the room. We had to move to another room. The new room has the blind/sheer power button on the wall in the living room not placed properly (like it almost broken), so we weren’t able to open/close the curtain with it. The tissue holder in the bathroom was also not properly installed on the wall. And I found a broken metal still stuck inside the outlet in the bedroom wall. The swimming pool was also not taken care of well enough, I can tell because when we get there in the morning at 10.30am (they open at 10am) there’s no towel in the swimming pool area, and nobody care enough to restock the towel before it open. On top of all of that, there’s lack of communication between the hotel staff. They charged my card before I even get there even though I specifically chose to pay at the property. And there’s no way for the front desk to communicate with the valet to let them know if there’s a guest waiting. I had to wait almost 30mins for the valet to come at night to give him my car key. And when I checked out and asked for the hotel receipt,(which one of the staff suggested me to do few days earlier just to make sure it is charged to the right card)the told they can’t print it out and I had to ask from Hotel.com. So overall not a pleasant stay at all.

Stay for 2 nights , house keeper did not come to clean the room. Told to go lobby to pick up clean towels . Pool was closed for 2 days ? Last time booking this place.

Valet parking horrible. Don’t waste your time. Hotel location the worse..
