首先,需要付款額外的destination fee這種匪夷所思的消費,算是給小費嗎?另外停車還必須代客泊車,不給self parking車上行李豆得卸下,真的折騰。另外房間基本已經很老舊了!

位置非常方便,周邊咖啡廳餐廳也不少,儘量別住臨街的房間,夜裡太吵。也不要包早餐,酒店早餐現點,特別慢,外面就近的咖啡廳早餐很好,在國內也就是個三星級別。

為了參加一場會議,我六月份過來呆了幾天,天氣有點悶熱。 乘坐地鐵到美國國務院,步行10分鐘即可到達酒店。 工作人員給我一瓶冷水,感謝一下。 入住手續很快辦好,店員給了我免費的WiFi(謝謝,謝謝)。 在酒吧遇到同事,喝了一杯,調酒師推薦一個啤酒Flying Dog,很好喝。 在酒店會議室里開了個會,為期两天。 我早上去慢跑,向南很容易就跑到紀念購物中心。 我會很高興再次住在這裏的。

This is a very good hotel for visiting Washington. Well placed for all the sites. Pretty good in terms of its location and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was that there was no concierge service. The hotel suggested that they are still trying to hire staff. Which means that if you have significant luggage you have to sort yourself out. Overall it was a pleasant enough stay and very nice staff.

I was traveling for a conference and this property is beautiful. The staff is amazing. I had booked this hotel initially but then it got cancelled but the manager Mark Curtis helped me to reinstate my confirmation. The entire area was sold out but Mark came to the rescue. Thank you Mark for making my visit to Georgetown amazing and without any stress. The front desk staff Genet was amazing! Despite it being a sold out hotel she was able to accommodate me for an early check in. Genet is friendly and a valuable associate to the Marriott company. Thank you Mark and Genet for making my staying at the Georgetown Marriott amazing. Recommend everyone staying here. From DCA airport you can the blue line to Largo and get off at Foggy Bottom. It is a quick ten min walk from the station to the hotel. Super convenient.

The Marriott Georgetown has the absolute best staff anywhere. We needed a lot of assistance on a very busy weekend and they always had a smile - from the first valet parking person, to the front desk staff, security, housekeeping and waiters, they always had smiles and can-do attitudes. The hotel was perfectly clean, the rooms were comfortable and the lobby was “happening”!

Quick check in. Friendly staff. Room excellent with all necessary items you would expect but I have to say a little tight on tea bags but easy to get more. Breakfast was quick with a reasonable menu, not a buffet though which means you don't over eat if you get my drift!. Good location which suited me. Staff could not have been more helpful and I mean all staff. Thank you Team Marriott

Stayed here for company meeting and had a great experience. Was able to check in early. I stayed in 620 which is one of the larger rooms (1.5 bays) which was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our catered lunches for our company meeting were very well done. We have braised short rib and vegetables for one lunch and a sandwich table the next. Execution was flawless. I ate dinner one night at lobby bar and the food and service were very good. The great experience came in the M lounge. While the food and drinks were good, the staff was over the top friendly and kept the area clean. Finally, one of the friendliest staff in the M lounge sang happy birthday to me with my work colleagues and made a strawberry cheesecake plate for my birthday (see photo below). Great service and food made for a very successful company event. The experience was so good we rebooked for next year.

The staff was fantastic! We were there for a 3-days' worth of meetings, and it was fantastic. Food was great, meeting / catering staff were attentive and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean! They also assisted in finding us activities to do off property as a group.

Great hotel! Was here for a meeting. AC was very strong in the meeting room. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a nice cocktail at the bar one night as well. You can tell it's a buzzy bar/restaurant and lots of people were enjoying themselves.

Great experience at the Marriott. Meetings and food were good. I like the little pillow spray they gave me! No coffee shop but there was coffee at the bar. Great location too! My room was clean and I had a great stay. I would stay here again. Recommend!

Great location, staff and amenities. Crystal and the entire team ensured our group event turned out flawlessly! I am certain we would be back! Also, the location in DC made it very easy to access the sights in the city! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely, clean hotel , very comfy room. All staff very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Aretha and Raul at the front desk, they made my stay all that much more enjoyable, went above and beyond. Our professional conference there was seamless, meals provided by hotel were for the most part very nice, above the norm. Lots of great food choices very close by. Lobby and lobby bar have nice vibe, but drinks and service inconsistent. Only other caveat, parking expensive compared to very nearby public lots.

Hotel staff was unfriendly, the rooms and hallways are hot and humid. The room felt like a dungeon with a tiny window over not even looking out at the city but the other side of the building. They charged the wrong card on file even though I asked twice to confirm they charged the other card since I was traveling for work. The front desk couldn’t give me an itemized bill, I was them asking the person helping my with luggage and they were magically able to get one. I ended up checking it early and going to a different hotel- The Westin which was was better. I went back to the hotel once I realize they charged the wrong card and they said there’s nothing they could do now I’d have to call billing. Horrible experience, there are way better hotels in DC- start elsewhere.
