地區酒店(District Hotel)

Overall, the hotel is good and not too far from the center. It's a bit complicated to get through metro but otherwise the service is warm and kind.

The hotel is at a good location. Very close to the white house with easy transportation. However, there isn't much services or facility.

Great deal & friendly staff

ズボン用のアイロンは部屋にありました。冷蔵庫なし、レンジは受付に一つ、コーヒーと水も受付近くでサーブされ、フロント周りに食事とか談話するスペースが10人分くらいありました。エレベーターは止まっていることがあるので荷物が激重の場合は1Fか2Fを希望した方がいいかもしれません。１ドルではベットメイクしてくれない日が１日ありました。

1) The location is great due to being right next to many different places for pleasure but... 2) The inside conditions are unsafe. No security lock on the hotel room from the inside, so if safety is paramount to you at night, especially as a solo traveler, do not get this hotel. 3) Rats run around with no fear of people around the hotel, outside in the front of door. 4) Maids do filch some things from you when they come in and make up your room. I found some items that were missing but they were such of a small value that it was not worth the hassle complaining at the front desk. 5) No fridge/no microwave except in the lobby. 6) Closing with a positive.. the condition of the room overall was OK. Lastly, I just somehow got weird vibes from this hotel, like from the front desk people, maids and other people who were staying there. I couldn't wait to check out quickly.

Ubicado en Calle muy transitada y en zona LBGTI así que habitación extremadamente ruidosa. Las persianas estában en su mayoría dañadas por lo que no se pudo oscurecer el cuarto adecuadamente para poder descansar especialmente después de caminar hasta 14 kilómetros diarios y no me gusto que esta ubicado en zona LBGTI que no hace agradable el entorno para familias con niños de haberlo sabido no hubiera reservado!!

My room had no phone. The ironing board was not functional. No stand. Iron leaked water constantly. No proper drinking water. The reception has a microwave but no plates to heat food. The front desk was not helpful to suggest places to eat etc.

This is a great place to make your headquarters for rest and sleep while touring in DC or taking care of business. It is not a destination facility, but a place to stay close to everything you need. All services (Whole Foods, CVS, and numerous restaurants, among other things) are less than a block away. You are just a few blocks from the Whitehouse and all the tourist destinations are easy to access by walking or Metro. FedEX and all business needs are nearby too. The rooms are small, and the amenities are spartan, but sufficient. The staff is super nice and helpful. This is the go-to place for those looking for a place to post up while in the District.
