Quy磨坊酒店和SPA(Quy Mill Hotel & Spa, Cambridge)

We enjoyed our stay . The staff were lovely the food was great. The only issue was we paid for a superior room including a jacuzzi bath . Unfortunately the jacuzzi bath tripped all the electrics in our room and a poor receptionist was sent out to deal with the job. My husband is a builder so told her what to do. We were offered a free drink for the inconvenience but to be honest after paying for a superior room we did not receive superior facilities. We also did not have a view at all from a small window . Very dull.

We stayed for one night. Room was freezing on arrival. I understand the need to switch of appliances when not in use, however, this could be switched on check-in time. Bathroom also flooded which was reported to the front desk. The water did not drain away which meant we had to use our shoes when acessing the bathroom. We were also concerned to find a dirty cup in the room which had the residue of a coffee sachet at the bottom. The spa facilties were good but the hot tub was out of use and we were charged for use of the swimming pool (I was unaware we would be charged upon booking). The food and service was good, and the hotel is located in a quiet and remote site. Overall, we had a plesant enough experience, however we did not feel the experience was good value for money and would not book again.

Great stay, great staff specially the receptionists and Breakfast waitresses. Restaurant prices a bit steep. Other than than that the Hotel is magnificent and so was the Gym/ Spa. Would certainly recommend it.

The receptionist was very welcoming and the room lovely, the facilities were excellent. I used the pool and the gym which was very well stocked with the latest machines. We had dinner which was delicious and our breakfast didn’t disappoint either. We had a lovely stay.

Very Friendly . Bath was dirty . Grouting around shower has become grimey but overall it was clean and today... The bar is a bit pricey for drinks . Breakfast wasn't very warm on both days .

Very helpful staff and service. Our twin room was nice and clean with comfortable bed and bedding. Very slight issue with plug not large enough to stop the water leaking out of the bath but that was fix as soon as it was reported. Ourr room contained everything we needed including an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe complementary water and tea and coffee. Towels were soft and clean. Out stay included breakfast, which was extremely good with lovely service. The hotel also included a swimming pool, steam room sauna and jacuzzi. Again fantastic service by the staff. The spa facilities are however open to the public and and there are swimming lessons for local children so it is not necessarily the quietest of places at certain times. The only downside to this hotel is that the grounds and maintenance of the outside accommodation blocks needs attention. These blocks are wooden frame structures that have been painted black however they are absolutely covered in cobwebs and dust and really do need cleaning off and repainting. There were quite a lot of ****s growing between the paving slabs and the borders. While this did not worry us I think it would be more of the concern of those possibly looking at wedding events where lots of outside photographs may be taken. Saying all of this I do believe this hotel provided good value for money at £120 per night for two people, with breakfast and spa and I would be quite happy to recommend it. The staff made our stay great!!

We enjoyed our stay, nice big room, massive bathroom! Shame we couldn’t open the windows more but a nice fan provided, everything we needed, food was lovely and staff very pleasant

It was a lovely stay but the room that my daughter had , was extremely hot and with no option to open the windows more than an inch it made it very difficult to sleep! There was a ceiling fan but this was not effective and no aircon!
