Overall a good place - large rooms, good amenities and continental breakfast. Only areas for improvement - checkout time is 10 am, even on Sunday, which is 1-2 hours earlier than the industry standard, and the only mirror is in the bathroom. Given the size of the room and the possibility to have up to 4 people, guests need another mirror to get ready.

Rae was really welcomming and helpful. Our ceiling had water leaking from it when it rained and the breakfast is quite average.

When you walk in the first set of doors there is a bad smell. The floors all smell musty as well as the rooms. They don't dust. The only ice machine is on the bottom floor in the pool area. If your young and not disabled then it's ok.

The room was clean but extremely dated and weathered. It was extremely loud. Breakfast was lacking and we decided to eat elsewhere. For the money, it was just ok.

Got there late and left fairly early, but the stay was comfortable and the lady at the desk was delightful. We ate breakfast before leaving. Everything was perfect

We stayed here for our wedding weekend. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not utilized the continental breakfast, very basic, mostly pre-packaged items. Like most of the options at Waterville Valley, it is a bit out-dated, but was clean. Bed mattresses could be updated.
Walkable to anything you would want to do in town.
