We checked in late. Had to use a hand held radio that was left on the counter. The worker came in from outside smelling like she just smoked with Snoop Dogg. No housekeeper came in to clean the room or bring towels. Called the front desk that evening and asked for bath towels only to be told there were none available.

The staff was so friendly they definitely made me feel welcome, the breakfast was tasty, the room was nice and clean with a very modern look. I only wish the tv had the ability to screencast from my phone so i could keep watching my netflix shows. Shower had great water pressure and the soap they provide smells very nice. This is my 2nd time staying at the watford location and in the future when the weather takes a turn for the worst while im working i will definitely stay again

The pool and jacuzzi were clean and great for entertaining the kids. Eating options were easily accessible. The service was at check in was fast even though it was busy.

Cozy home away from home stay. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
Only negative was that the tv in the sitting area wouldnt work with the remote.

This was a good place to stay for a short visit up to the area. We were there when it was very cold, so that might have impacted how quiet it was, but the place was quiet, room clean, etc. We were disappointed to discover that the pool and hot tub were out of order, but everything else seemed to be in good working order.

The elevator was broke, the pool was out of service, and the automatic front doors didn't work correctly. There was a sign on the front door that asked you to "manually" open and close the doors.
There was also no laundry service on site. I was told to walk across the parking lot to They Teddy motel for laundry services.
