沃特福德Colne Bridge Retail Park附近酒店

We checked in and the girl had heavy accent not understandable at all , we were decoding her words! Heater was weak and off at night didnt work well. Sink didnt drain and toilet didnt flush well. Restusrant breakfast was always low in seat and food and didnt have verities, was so basic. Lunch and dinner were basic and expensive. Location of the hotel is silly and not friendly to people with walking problems or on wheel chair.

真的很好很乾淨。大牀。房間很大。淋浴很好。位置很好。禮貌的工作人員。物有所值。靠近華納兄弟和購物中心。我們只住了一晚,幾乎沒有被感動,但很棒。我會一直想知道爲什麼每個酒店只放兩個茶包,雖然🤣

我們來晚了。酒店打電話來檢查我們的到來，並解釋說在我們到達之前打電話，以便能夠在酒店停車。工作人員彬彬有禮，樂於助人。不得不留下 50 英鎊的押金，額外收費，將退還未使用的部分。 只是沒有關於預訂的詳細信息。

Quick booking we arrived at 7pm had to check-in at the reception next door holiday inn very quick and smooth, was confused as its within the hotel itself and opened the doing to a beautiful spacious apartment we bought food from a local restaurant was lovely to eat and use the kitchen with a dishwasher too! The bed was huge but rock hard... the only thing we disliked was the stifling heat absolutely no air and no air conditioning whatsoever! There was a tower fan and a normal fan provided but didn't make any difference whatsoever although it was July it was torrential rain outside English weather so wasn't hot outside I had to have 3 showers and kept having to go outside during the night to get air , didn't have a comfortable sleep whatsoever and tge fans on all night long either side of the bed with the windows open only around a cm because that's as far as they would go, but if there was aircon this would of been my favourite stay ever ,the local shops restaurants and town centre is a 10 min walk away and parking is £8 per night even with a disability badge. Your able to use the facilities in hotel for food and drinks but we used the local restaurants nearby and used the fridge for our own bought alcohol because it was raining outside... staff was above and beyond.

Always like a Premier Inn. The facilities are good. Good size Tv Hairdryer Charging sockets beside the bed Lovely Bath/Shower Clean Good size car park (shame you have to pay) but at £3 something, can’t really grumble! Be nice to have a few more Teas/Coffees etc, but, you can grab some more by reception Overall, a good nights stay! Ideal if you’re visiting The Harry Potter Studio, as this is about a 15 minute drive.
