Low key hotel quiet area right off the main highway but also far enough away from the bustle of Waukegan.

A+++ Spotlessly clean! Recently updated. Quiet location. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

It was a clean property and room. However when I had the room my mini fridge didn't work.

Pros: Clean, staff was helpful when asking for extra things, room prices were great & they provided info on transportation services to & from boot camp graduation. Cons: A lot of smoke smell by the rooms that were closer to the doors (from people standing outside to smoke). The condition of the hotel & room was a bit worn out & the bed made popping sounds everytime we got in & out of it from the metal bed frame.

Front desk staff was pleasant. Put maid service needed sign on door they turned the sign on do not disturb and never cleaned the room.

Even though the hotel needs updating, it was a good place to stay. The room was smaller than we expected but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall, a good experience!

This place is so Disgusting and nasty the walls are chipped the paint is peeling the rugs are filthy the shower is nasty!!!! Poor customer service, very rude employees! Please don’t go here don’t waste your time or money!
