My review in MMT. Excellent & awesome stay. We stayed in this property with fmily during Jun 2024. Stay was awesome with great comfort. Excellent & well maintained property located 5Km Off Road amidst close to nature adjacent to forest, where you can see dear walking & crossing the road occassionally. Weather was good with moderate rain off and on. Multicusine restaurent serving excellent veg food is awesome, where they have an offer (OTG) enabli g you to get food packed from here and consume while you go for site-seing et., in order to have hygenic food of your choice. In general, all the staff here is very courteous, polite, and helpful. Now, time to write few words about the key staff members in the restaurent area, who made our stay memorable and comfortable. 1. Mr Suman- Excellent human being with charming personaluty always, with caring attitude. May god fulfill your wishes. 2. Ms. Nancy- Excellent human being with charming personaluty always, with caring attitude. New entrant jn fleet so wishing him all the best. 3. Multiple times we stayed here, this resort is well maintained, few staff got changed from last visit but doesn't matter as even the new people help you the same way. Neat and clean rooms, quick service, good food, great staff around what else you expect during your stay. Thanks for the great service. Celebrated the father's day in the evening on 16th June , the organisers were great.

We had the pleasure of staying at wayanaad Sterling resorts last week. Our friend had organised this trip since he is a member there. The resort is fabulous!! Rooms are very comfy and food was great!! These kind of facilities are available in most of the places. What was different at sterling wayanaad are the people!! What an amazing group of staff they all are!! Commendable!! Right from our check in process till we left, they were so helpful, and made our stay memorable. Dawa at Front office, Dileep and Vishnu at Discovery Center, Basith who kept our rooms running, Shaiju and Nithin to shuttle us inside the resort!! The highlight of our trip is the delicious food, curated by Chef Sanjo!! I just happened to meet him while checking in, and told him a few dishes that I really love to eat. Like chakka, paruppu vada, kappa, kanji!!! And he made everything for us and it’s so yummy!! Jithin, Aditya & Suman served us at the restaurant with a personal touch!! All in all,great experience, contented , we will surely go back there soon!!

The perfect room and ambience . The location of the rooms is superb and the food is also very tasty. Although the tree plantation is beautiful, it can be expanded. Staff very welcoming and smiling ,Always ready to help too . The resort is in a very peaceful location.

I have stayed in This property from18th feb to 21st feb 2024 Let me tell you it was one of my best stays with Sterling as a member. The staff out there are really polite and helpful, me and my family had a wonderful time . They also serve class food at par with any of the best resorts anywhere in the country but also would like to mention the rates are on a bit higher side which I think they would definitely look into.Cleanliness is really good and has a dedicated housekeeping staff Last but not the least I should mention about Mr: Rajesh who is the GM of this property, who is a down to earth person is out there to help you in every need of yours while your stay,I have contacted him several times before and after the stay at the property , it is worthwhile to mention that he picks the call within 3 knocks I will surely return again as and when my schedules permit. I wish them all the very best

It was an awesome experience to be at Sterling Waynad . I had taken a premium family Suite which had a balcony facing the greenery and the water body inside . The support staff like Dileep ,Chef Sudheesh ,Chef Tangaperumal, Raju , Adina and Emmanuel were at their best . The food is just so awesome that overeating is obvious. The whole support staff were always at their toes to fullfill our wishes . The activities inside the property is really engaging and the person Dileep is so so energetic that it becomes contagious . Thanks to all of them to make it a memorable trip for us . Would really love to come back and spend some more time in the property. Keep going with the awesome work ... You all are doing fantastic job

Very good well maintained resort. Greenery around, peaceful, tasty food and service. Good soothing experience in Gym, spa, swimming pool. Good food at restaurant and friendly & responsive staff. We liked the experience

From the warm welcome by Mr. Srinath to a seamless checkout thanks to Arun, every moment felt thoughtful and personal. The housekeeping team kept our rooms spotless daily, and the hospitality throughout the resort was exceptional. A big shoutout to Naveen, Sasi Kumar, Hemantha, Bhishma, and Jatin for their attentive service. The food was outstanding — especially at Malabar, where Chris, Chef Amaaal, and Sous Chef Sudheesh went the extra mile with personalised dishes beyond the menu. The bird watching tour with Mr. Dilip was a highlight — energetic, insightful, and memorable. We also loved the relaxing spa experience. Special appreciation to GM Mr. Rajesh for leading such a wonderful, guest-first team. A stay filled with warmth, great food, and heartfelt experiences. Highly recommended — we’ll cherish these memories for a long time!

The overall stay was excellent, special mention to Sreenath, the Front Office Manager, for his care and support throughout our stay. Special mention also to Dileep from the entertainment team, the kids had a great time and were well engaged in the daily shows he conducted, including games, bike rides, and karaoke. The Onam Sadhya, prepared by Chef Sudheesh and his team, was outstanding, with every item on the banana leaf tasting authentic and perfectly balanced, from the curries and thorans to the pickles, pappadam, payasam and other accompaniments. Each dish was cooked with such care that we could truly experience the richness of traditional Kerala flavours in every bite. The only area for improvement would be the restaurant pricing, which felt on the higher side for in-house guests. For families staying over a few days, it may become difficult to accommodate these costs, so slightly more competitive or value-oriented pricing for residents would make the overall experience even better.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sterling Wayanad! The hospitality here is top-notch, and it was so refreshing to see happy, smiling faces everywhere we went. The entire support staff is incredible and always ready to help with a positive attitude at any time of day. The food was another highlight, offering great taste and variety in every meal including our direct interactions with the Chef. A special mention must go to the Service Manager, Dileep Abraham. He is truly the heart of the resort. With his amazing attitude and entertainment skills, he brings everyone together. He was especially brilliant with the kids, keeping them happy and engaged with his unique skills. Another great part was the "pottery making", a skillful trainer and down to earth person and of course a great learning! A treat to watch the monkeys splashing in the waters, zipline entertainment and much more! We left with great memories thanks to this fantastic team!

Great experience breath taking environment and fine dining

Natural location surrounded by forest. Chill and pleasent weather during our visit. However outside many tourist spots were experienced hot weather. Rooms are neat, clean and spacious. Food is expensive but restaurant is maintained well and taste is excellent. Night is quite and calm. Fruit trees near the rooms are attractive. We appreciate the service all the team members. Specifically I mention few names: Hemanta, Bhishnu, Rupesh, Chirish, Madhubala, Srinath at Reception.

I had a great experience during my stay in Sterling Wayanad. We liked their spacious dining space and the service was next level. I would like to thank their chiefs and serving staff for making our trip special.

Resort is in very good location but located in down side of wayanad. Nearest market is sultan battery. Resort atmosphere is clam and beautiful. Smooth check in and out, f&b manager and their staff specially RITHIKA SINGH was very helpful. Game center coordinator Dileep was very enthusiastic and he tries to indulge very everyone in the games and activities.
