We did NOT book a handicap assessable room. However, we were assigned that type of room. When asked for a room change, the staff person said she was unable to change the room because all rooms had been assigned. I asked if all rooms were occupied at the time we were talking. She said all rooms were NOT occupied, but that the unoccupied rooms were for military personnel (National Guard). That statement was rude and inappropriate unprofessional as my money has the exact same value as that of military personnel. When asked if our room could be changed, she explained that the manager had assigned all rooms and she was unable to adjust those room changes. (So, suppose a plumbing issue surfaced? What would she had one to assist us?) We did not book this type of room (which is not convenient or comfortable for us), yet we were forced to accept it. In exchange for our inconvenience, I would like to receive a one-night credit for a future stay.

Hands down the smoothest checkin I’ve had in a very long time. Staff was very nice and helpful with questions. Took less than 5 min and that was with another guest ahead of me. Lobby was extremely clean and well kept and that appearance carried on all the way to our room. Couldn’t be happier!

Great location to restaurants which you can walk too, breakfast was good with lots of tables to sit, near NASA, only downside was during our stay there were kids running up and down the hallway.

Nice hotel. Good location for us. Front desk staff wasn't there when we tried to check in. Rooms are nice. Not many TV channels though. Again no one at the front desk the day we checked out and had a question. Had to wait for over 5 minutes and I could hear them behind the door laughing and talking. But overall, good hotel.

Was disappointed in the “king” sized bed. I own a king sized bed at home and my husband and I can barely touch our finger tips together when we lay on our backs. The bed they labeled as “king” sized was definitely a queen mattress. I let the hotel know that I felt they were being dishonest with the guests about their king suites and was assured it was a king bed. Sure it is.

Some days breakfast was good, others fair. Coffee all day nice. Pillows could be improved. The bed was comfortable.

Bad experience at check in, extended empty food trays at breakfast, and mens lobby bathroom a mess.

Made a quick trip due to a family illness and decided this looked like a good overnight. Very nice front desk help, and easy parking and checkin. The area was off of the highway, so no problem with highway noise. My one complaint is that someone close by left their television on all night long. My white noise sound app helped, but it was loud enough I could still hear somewhat. The bed was comfortable.

I paid for a King room and they gave me a double queen 😡, the room smells like a porta can potty and has a horrible whistling sound.
