桑格里拉假日度假村(Sangrilla Holiday Resort)

l’hôtel est très agréable , nous avons passé un moment inoubliable. Le personnel est très accueillant et plein de petites attentions. La nourriture est très bonne et le petit déjeuner proposé est un mixte avec le petit déjeuner à l'européenne et le petit déjeuner Sri Lankais à essayer même s'il est un peu plus épicé. Notre chambre était très confortable et très calme .

Hôtel très bien situé avec une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur le paysage . Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables , le calme est appréciable malgré la proximité de la ville . Le personnel est très accueillant et les repas sont excellents et très copieux , surtout les « egg hopper » au petit déjeuner . Seule la salle de bains nécessiterait une rénovation .

Nous avons passé le réveillon de la nouvelle année dans cet établissement, le personnel est très serviable et aux petits soins pour sa clientèle, rapport qualité/prix au top. Les chambres sont correctes, la nourriture est très bonne. L'hôtel est au calme.

The most delightful staff made this stay a highlight. Views over the valley, with the sounds of birds and bells in the cool morning breeze was uplifting. Relaxing in the afternoon with a drink in the open air dining area was good for the soul. Would recommend for sure (above a 5 star hotel for authentic Sri Lankan experience)

Good hotel for a stay in Bandarawela. We've been warmly welcomed on our arrival by the friendly owners . The location of the hotel is quite good. A short (＜ 10 mins) walk down the hill into the centre of Bandarawela. The hoteal manger sumith is very helpful best man in hotel 💕hoteal view ponit is very Nice

From the beginning management was well coordinated. I went with my family along with two other friends families . Had a warm welcome and superb service from a friendly, polite and pleasant young staff. Place was nice, calm and relaxing; Easy access to Bandarawela town. Rooms are clean and well maintained; would be great if there more space. Foods were superb. Buffet provide many options with delicious foods. Provide great value for the money we spent. GM Thusith was very caring and well attended when ever need arise. I like his customer centric approach. We stay two nights(3 days) and hotel support us with arranging site seeing too. We are happy to recommend this place to visit.

This place is really nice and the food is the best I've had in Sri Lanka. Very kindl and helpful staff. I highly recommend to book tours and excursions with them! You get amazing experience, you see authentic things and you support local community. Absolutely worth it!

The best hotel I had so far in Sri Lanka. Breakfast and Dinner were amazing. Very friendly and kind personal. And you can also book great tours, which were much fun :) Go there! I will definitely will come back. Thank you for everything!

The best get away in Bandarawela. Clean and Covid-19 friendly environment with service beyond excellence. Rooms are very Cousy. Food & Bites made made for the climate and atmosphere. Food menu is beyond a imagination. Myself, wife & my daughter went with some friends and had the best of the times and of course not forgetting the warm hospitality by the owners & management. They really know the meaning of hospitality. I strongly recommend a visit to this amazing Hotel and not only enjoy the hospitality but the surroundings, the Bandarawela town and close by places like Ella Falls. What an amazing scenery. Keep up the Sangrilla Holiday Resort name flying high and Keep this amazing place going...!!!!!
