託裏酒店(Tory Hotel)

Booked city view one bedroom but on check-in was given room 0n level1 looking ‘Harvey Norman ‘- the building sign, that apparently is NOT so called a room with view. We stayed at the same accommodation 2021 but different hotel group then, when booked same room type while assigned high level overlooking the whole Te Aro area with beautiful lights at night. The kitchen tab has hot water only, yet cold water switch is broken, so we needed get cold water in the kettle from the bathroom. In the morning we were awaken by the weird noise from the kitchen. 非常失望。我選擇這家酒店是因為它有游泳池和健身房，但不能使用！它們位於酒店外面，需要穿過公共停車場才能到達；位於恐怖電影地下室的「游泳池」實際上是一個沒有加熱的水池（禮賓部告訴我們是室溫，可惜只有 6 度！），健身房位於一個房間很小，甚至沒有燈……這家酒店對我來說不值四星級，我可以選擇其他房間，就像在其他更便宜的酒店預訂的房間一樣。

He pasado un par de semanas en estos apartamentos y la experiencia ha sido excelente. Están situados en la mejor zona de Wellington y muy bien comunicados con el resto de la ciudad. Las instalaciones y el equipamiento de los apartamentos es fabuloso: siempre limpísimo y funcionando correctamente. Todo ello acompañado por unos profesionales siempre atentos con cualquier petición y asesoramiento. Un 10 para el personal de recepción y el servicio de habitaciones. Sin duda, cuando regrese a Wellington, repetiré con ellos!

Sehr netter Empfang . Uns wurden hilfreiche Tipps zum Frühstücken ( 2 Minuten entfernt: Prefab) und sonstigen Themen gegeben. Leider war der Pool geschlossen, auf den ich mich gefreut hatte, da als Infinity Pool auf dem Dach sicherlich ein Erlebnis. Das Umfeld zum Hotel in gerade in Richtung Promenade eher einfacher, das merkt man gerade zum Abend. Hat mich nicht gestört, komme aus einer Großstadt. Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet, Bad mit weissen Fliesen gekachelt. Alles sehr sauber. Parkhaus gegen Gebühr direkt unten drunter. Ausreichende Ladezone vor der Tür. Zum Museum 10 Min. zu Fuss. Cable Car mit dem Bus ca. 15 Min zum LambtenQuare . Auf jeden Fall ist das Hotel eine gute Empfehlung und den Preis voll wert. TIPP: Unbedingt Appartement in den oberen Stockwerken buchen!!

Fantástico hotel, estuvimos alojados unos amigos en el mes de noviembre y la estancia fue muy agradable. La ubicación y las instalaciones están muy bien, y destacar sobre todo la comodidad de sus camas. La piscina es espectacular. 100% recomendable.

Room 501. Didn’t have good view just opposite to the car park i pay over $244 for the night i felt rip off . Chanel 3 no program. Internet low.

Handy location, close to CBD, Felt the property was over priced, small dated room

Came to Wellington on a solo trip. First time abroad but the receptionist made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Defo would come back again.

I will stay here every time in Wellington!! The hotel staff are super friendly and accommodating. The room are tidy and spacious. The furniture a bit outdated however they will be refurbished soon. Is the staff service that we will be staying here every time in Wellington!
