畢佛拉基汽車旅館(Beaverlodge Motor Inn)

Absolutely Appalling and worst customer service Ever!! I called and asked for a pet friendly room and was told that yes there was one available. Arrived at the motel at 11pm to check in and again confirmed it was for a pet friendly room, she rang me through. I asked which door that I could bring my dogs in and she said “the side door”. Got my stuff walked into the hotel room with dogs and the SMELL was like Death. My cell instantly started ringing and the room phone and it was the front desk calling to ask “do you have pet with you, that’s not a pet room and you need to pay for pet” Absolutely APPALLING!!!! While I was checking in the clerk had her cell on speaker and there was a gentleman speaking Chinese to her. I’m presuming he gave her heck hence why I was demanded to leave the room. The room was so disgusting that you’d have to pay me and my dogs to stay there. Do yourself a favor and drive 10mins to Hythe. Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and they only charged me half price for the room after I told them about my horrific experience at the Beaverlodge Motor Inn. Never Again and I’ll be sure to tell everyone what a scuzzy run and operated hotel it is. 🤮
