Good experience Good food Good stay

Everything was going good, we were enjoying our stay until the people in the room next to us, 284, started fighting. This was about 1am. There was 3 people in the room, 2 female and 1 male. There was yelling, screaming, banging, pounding on the room walls, hallways and even our door. This went on for probably 2 hours, eventually I called the front desk and explained that we were terrified and ready to leave but did not feel comfortable going into the hallway. It took them about 30 minutes to come up to the room.

Check in took more then 30 minutes, front desk was distracted by walk up minor guest requests. Line was 4 deep and took to long to simply check in. In the morning, front desk (diff. person was very rude.) She did not want to answer basic questions about the hotel. I am rethinking using my normal "go to" hotel...maybe try someone lese then Hilton.

Convenient to what we were doing. Room was not clean: used washcloth in the shower, unswept floor with snack debris and paper throughout.

We were not told at check-in we needed to request a room refresh but was told that there was a note taped on the check-in desk and in the elevators when we checked out. Really?

Dirty underwear were left in our room from the previous person, so they clearly didn’t clean the room!!

I wasn’t able to stay here cause they don’t take apple pay nor tap even if you have your actual main card on your wallet. One of the worst experiences I paid 110 without even seeing the room. Just smh
