金普頓大羅坦度假村和水療中心，IHG酒店(Kimpton Grand Roatan Resort and Spa)

Mejoraría con un restaurante más. Alera estuvo bien, pero en 3 días de estadía el menú y opciones quedan reducidas y cortas. Muchas opciones del menú contenían tocino, cerdo y soy alérgica …. Tuve en 3 ocasiones pedir comida “ESPECIAL” *FAVOR PREPARARLA DE TAL MANERA.

El hotel es espectacular, no solo por el lujo, sino por la cantidad de detalles, el servicio es muy muy bueno, realmente es una propiedad exclusiva. Es sin lugar a dudas el mejor hotel de Roatán, muy recomendado para quienes buscan exclusividad, servicio y comodidad.

El personal muy atento a resolver nuestras solicitudes, las instalaciones y habitaciones son amplias y modernas. Hay pequeños detalles a resaltar como: en la habitación hay cargador tipo c (por si olvidaste llevar) y en area de la piscina a parte de solo entregar toallas tienen a disposición filtro solar y agua. En la playa frente al hotel puedes llevar a los niños a ver peces nadar alrededor de ellos.

The Resort is spectacular. beautiful decor, great spaces, different areas to rest, gather with your family or friends to talk. the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. to top it off the staff couldn't be friendlier. their customer service is their signature for me. everyone from the front desk to the pool attendants were outstanding. always asking us if we needed something and always suggesting something new to do or new plate to try. i will definitely come back here soon!

From the very beginning, our trip to this hotel was promising. The Kimpton hostess greeted us at the airport, and arranged for an air-conditioned van to transport us to the resort. Marson was our driver and impressed us so much that we booked him to be our guide on a tour around the island a few days later. Whitzel, Brittney, Belkis, and Zaire were outstanding reception management and staff who arranged for a seamless check-in and provided for all of our concierge needs. Byron, Tirzah, Olvin, and Carson kept us in comfort by the pool and on the beach. Shon James. Javier and Mauro were the best bartenders and restaurant employees. Please don't miss out on Neptaly's grilled ribs! Tevin, Sarah, Maouda (sp.?) are an excellent management team! They worked so hard to ensure that the staff, services, food and beverages met and/or exceeded the standards of excellence that discerning guests expect. Please make sure that you partake of the fried or grilled red snapper. YUM!!!! The facilities are absolutely pristine and well cared-for. Whoever was the interior designer hit the ball out of the park. The attention to detail and furnishings separates and distinguishes this hotel as outstanding ! We will be back to Roatan, and this will be OUR HOME! Chuck and Verna

Wonderful resort, great staff, and convenient location. Great location for snorkeling and for diving. Food is great as are the drinks. Rooms are lovely and have always felt safe and secure staying here.
