Hotel is good,only breakfast is very simple and cheap.

Better than other places

Everything was beautiful…. The only Complaint.. I have is the FOOD WAS TERRIBLE!!!!!! Bacon not done enough The Sausage taste nasty like not real meat Eggs taste very powdered not a good natural flavor & taste, More - Toasters to accommodate the customers for bagels & toast so it will not take a long time or you can upgrade the toaster to something newer, Everything else was Absolutely Beautiful

Nice front desk staff. Would have liked to have been offered either a new room or discount in lieu of housekeeping services after finding what looked like a feces stain on our comforter. We received a different comforter and sheets, however, the gentleman who brought them to my room refused to take the stained comforter. He said he wanted nothing to do with it and to put it in my bathroom. I told him that I didn’t want it in my bathroom so he again said said he wanted to nothing to do with it and to place it in the hallway and that “they” would understand.

I wasn't even gonna mention the dripping shower or broken refrigerator. Or that no girl working at the front desk was trained on how to check you in or how to get off her personal phone call when she checks you out. But today when I was over drawn almost $300 at my bank because they charged me twice. First daily, wich is why I was paid up when I checked out. Then when I get home charge me again for the full three night stay amount. When I called to get help with this from the hotel I was first put on hold for 12 minutes then the woman I talked to seem like I was really bothering her to be asking this about why they did this. Very incompetent.So now I have to dispute it with my bank. Save your money and your sanity and stay somewhere

To like was the location, not so much that fresh towels were only available upon request. A new one for me. The "Continental Breakfast" was a joke compared to (almost) ever other hotel I have stayed in the last 2 years. Also, when noticed a broken glass jar outside the Hotel entrance in line where people walk to the sliding entrance door, I let the receptionist know, since there were glass chards scattered all over. After an hour the chards were still there and posed a safety issues for kids and adults.

after not a great experience in another hotel before we checked in to this one, WHAT A RELIEF to get to the holiday inn. lovely, clean, pool was great and room was amazing and clean. thank you thank you!

The food was excellent for breakfast. The room was very nice. The only problem was the key situation. I had to change my room once because someone was in there already. I had to have my key reassigned five times because there was a glitch in the system.
